I recently had the pleasure of working with Tarek and Kristen with the purchase of my new home in Carrington. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and did my fair share of shopping around/due diligence. From my first interaction at the sales center, I was very impressed with their willingness to answer any questions, while not being pushy or overpowering. Moreover, I really appreciated their ability sense what I valued in my future home, and providing me with genuine advice for features/upgrades.
Subsequent to the purchase, the team consistently communicated updates surrounding construction updates, including weekly pictures and a brief update regarding progress. This was great, as I was constantly in the loop surrounding the status of my build. During the construction phase, I received a detailed walkthrough of the home (which was scheduled and communicated well in advance). Construction and completion of the home occurred in an organized and timely manner.
Overall, a very high level of organization was evident from the initial purchase to the possession phase of my home. Tarek and Kristen are true professionals who are genuinely passionate about what they do, and made my first home purchase a completely stress free experience. Would not hesitate to build with Excel in the future.
