    New Home in Carringvue

    I just moved in my new beautiful home in new NW Calgary community. I have had a great experience so far in dealing with the representatives of Excel Homes In Carringvue. Tarek, Sales Manager and Kristen, Senoir Sales are awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. They have assisted me from the beginning and to the end, I had some issues with finance before the possession, but Tarek helped me a lot with negotiations and even helped on mortgages. They are always there to listen to any concerns I may have and try to solve issues in a timely manner. Excel Homes onsite construction team and warranty team are awesome, Jay-D from warranty team contact me 2 weeks after the possession to check if everything goes well, I was mentioned my central vacuum doesn't work properly, they arranged someone come over in a short time, I was out of home for some reason, then the onsite construction manager, Ian was able to follow my instructions to open the door for the electronic tech come in the house for checking. Great experience with Excel Homes. Highly recommend!

    Home Build

    We have had a great experience so far in dealing with the representatives of Excel Homes In Mahogany. Doug, the sales manager, is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the building process. He has assisted us in making decisions about our new home right from the onset. He listens to any concerns we may have had and try to solve issues in a timely manner. KUDOS TO EXCEL! Fred and Helen C.

    New Home Build in Hillcrest Airdrie

    We recently moved into our new Excel Home and words cannot express how easy, convenient, considerate, and fantastic our experience was with the Excel Team in Hillcrest! From our incredible Sales Associate Jamie, to the Area Manager David, and the Office Administrator Kim each person made our experience spectacular and special. Jamie helped us find the perfect home that we were looking for and went out of her way to make sure we received exactly what we wanted in our new home. During the decision making process she gave us very valuable suggestions with selections that helped give additional perspective on choices that would compliment our home as well as our personal style. The Hillcrest Sales team exhibits great focus on customer service, quality, and a positive customer experience, and Jamie is an associate that exudes this quality. Once the building started, the whole process felt so stress free and everything was taken care of with great consideration of our requests. We were completely blown away by our Site Supervisor Jason. He always made sure to check in with us and he is such a truly genuine person, always making us feel comfortable and you can really tell he truly cares about his clients. Jason and his team take great pride in their work, and that is shown in the quality of work they placed in our home. If there were ever any issues they were promptly addressed and we were always informed which made us feel comfortable and a part of the process. There are so many other amazing team members, like Nathan who oversaw the building process and Jerry who managed Quality Care. Thank you so much to the entire Excel Team for giving us such a fantastic experience through this entire process. You made the journey of us building our first home so memorable and such a positive experience. We love our new home and we will be forever grateful for all that you have done for us. Thank you for making such a huge life moment feel so very special. We will definitely recommend Excel Homes to our friends and family in the future!

    New Home Build in Mahogany

    We recently stared the process to build in Mahogany and have had such a great experience! From the show home, to the selections and the realistic payment options- everything has been easy and we never felt pressured. Doug and Faryn have been great to work with and provide excellent customer service. Can't wait to get into our new home this winter! Kristan and Liam Megoran

    New build in mahogany

    My husband and I recently purchased a home through Excel. What we enjoyed most about the building process is how stress-free it really was! Having a predetermined colour template was very helpful. We made all our selections with our sales rep during one evening appointment. We are happy with the look of our new home and the quality of the finishings. A special thanks to Doug and Faryn our sales associates in Mahogany for all their help along the way!

    Excel Homes Team-Sunset Ridge Cochrane

    My wife and I purchased our current home with Excel Builders a few months after selling our previous property from Fort McMurray .We were more than nervous about investing in another property. We decided to take a leap of faith and reached out to Excel Builders to help with the purchase. We wanted to keep the budget within a certain price range and it was hard to find a home with our wish list within that range. Not only did the folks at Excel Builders find us a house within our budget, they left no stone unturned to ensure it would be a property that we would be proud to call home. Angela and Michelle went out of their way to ensure we got all the elements we hoped for and spent extra time selecting the perfect pieces. Josip, the construction Supervisor went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the construction was on time without compromising on quality and workmanship. Gerry provided all the information during our walkthrough, explaining in detail regarding how each appliance worked and details pertaining to maintenance. The Excel team’s customer service, quick response to questions, and above all, the care and attention to detail is best among other builders I have seen. We would highly recommend Excel Builders to anyone who is looking for exceptional service in property market. Thanks again Angela, Michelle and Josip for making our dream come true.

    Duplex in Hillcrest, Airdrie

    I purchased a “Green Built” duplex with Excel Homes in Hillcrest, Airdrie. Before stopping by to visit the Hillcrest sales center, I spent around 5 months with approximately 15 different builders in a few different neighborhoods of Calgary and surrounding areas. Upon coming to Excel Homes sales center in Hillcrest, Jamie and David were friendly and went above and beyond while guiding me through Excel’s existing homes in the area, in order for me to visualize how their homes and finishes will look like in the new area of Hillcrest. There were no show homes for the particular product that I was interested in, but I liked the floor plans offered, especially the walk out basement option. I liked Hillcrest neighborhood from the very beginning. It was tough at the start because I like to visual things and I know I am a picky customer / person. It was an amazing experience to be one of the first buyers in the newly released area and having the ability to choose the position of the house, street number and elevation. After I made a decision to proceed with a purchase of my new home, the whole process went really smooth. Jamie and David were great with coordination of the choices for house colors, finishes and upgrades. I was given detailed plans for community development plans in the future. David and Jamie suggested I can use the mortgage broker Justin that works with Excel Homes. Justin also went above and beyond to find me the best possible rate for my pre-approval! A month before the possession date Justin found me even better option with a different lender and again set everything up for approval quickly. Construction walk-through was educative and I had a chance to see how the house is being built and all my questions were answered properly. Before possession date I even had my own home inspector coming in and doing an inspection and there were no deficiencies found. On the possession date, new home orientation went really well and was detailed. The house looks awesome. Few small issues were corrected right away. I had few questions about new HVAC system in the house and Shane from Excel Homes customer service was really quick and effective in replying back and answering all questions that I had. Overall, it was a great experience to cooperate with the whole Excel Homes - Hillcrest team and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Excel Homes & the Heartland Team

    We are so happy with our new build by Excel Homes. From start to finish they have been great to work with. Our first experience in building a brand new home & we would not hesitate to build with them again!

    My New Home in Savanna, Calgary

    My first Home, buying experience was good. Sales team was excellent (Cathey, Tarek, Ashley & Karen). Attended a presentation in their office to understand the different construction steps and the material used by excel homes. Weekly pictures of home construction via email. Got the possession on timely manner. Post possession, have some small issues here & there, but the serviceman assured to fix them up as the home is under warranty by excel homes.

    Excel Mountainview Home, Okotoks

    We have now been in our new home for 3 months and wanted to wait until now to review so we could comment on all aspects of our new home experience. Buying - we built in Mountainview, Okotoks - first off, what a great community, not just the location but all other residents we have met are friendly, welcoming and generally awesome! The sales team were super friendly and helpful. We had a few changes in personnel, beginning with Kristen & Angela, then Ellen & Luc. All were really helpful in guiding us through the design and choices. Moving in - house was built ahead of schedule, yay! Pre-possision walkthrough was well organized and some deficiencies were fixed on the spot. Majority of other items were fixed prior to move in. When I say deficiencies, they were all very minor, paint touch ups etc. The site manager is very helpful & responsive in fixing any other issues that has come up over the last 3 months. My favourite part of the house is the upgraded kitchen, it has been a great focal point of the home when entertaining our friends. Overall a very happy experience for our family.
