    New home - Hillcrest, Airdrie

    I'm in love with my new Excel house in Hillcrest, Airdrie. It is everything and more than I expected it to be. I feel part of a whole new family in Excel and in Hillcrest. Both David and Jamie have communicated with me through the whole building process and have ensured that I am happy with the high quality of product that they promised me from the beginning.     New Build

    We just moved into to our new home in Sunset Ridge in Cochrane. Angela's level of customer service was top notch. She was always quick to return our phone calls and was always willing to answer all of our questions (sometimes the same ones over and over) whenever we came by the show home. We received weekly updates which made the process so much more bearable for my husband who had a difficult time leaving the build to the professionals. There were a couple of times that Angela went above and beyond to put our minds at ease throughout the process. If we were just rating Angela, this would be a 5 star rating for sure. Our home was ready on schedule and it was wonderful to move in for Christmas. We would have liked to have been able to customize our build a little bit more, such as being able to install engineered hardwood on the second level rather than carpet and a second window in the basement. After a few days in the house we are noticing a few issues that will be addressed quickly, we have no doubt. Everyone that we have worked with at Excel has been very accommodating. We would recommend Excel homes.

    New Home Build

    We are very happy with our new Excel Home. The purchase process was very easy - Angela was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Upon taking possession all of our concerns have been addressed and taken care of. Great job Excel! Keep up the good work!

    Great company for your new home

    Have had such a wonderful experience with the Ladies at Excel Homes in Sunset Rigde Cochrane. everyone we've dealt with during the home building/purchasing prosess have been knowledgable and friendly!

    New home build

    The team at Excel made our first build stress free. The build was on time and we received constant communication throughout the whole process. We only had a few minor fixes that are typical in new builds and they were handled in the expected time frame. Angela Ray was the Manager of my area. I liked that she was real with me and her experience helped me make build decisions easy.

    New Home in Mountain Veiw

    We are so pleased with our new home that Excel built. This is our second Excel home and they have been a pleasure to work with. Angela and the rest of the staff have made this an easy transition for us. We are happy with the layout of the house and the choices we got to pick for our exterior and interior design. Once we moved in there were a few details, such as a scratched window and floor boards that the Excel employees had already arranged to be replaced, and we have not had any headaches:) We would highly recommend building with Excel homes.

    New Home Build

    We just started our home building process with Excel Homes in Sunset Ridge. Angela has made the process seamless and we are very lucky to have her expertise. One highlight of this building process is the ability to choose your options and upgrades at the show home. This really allowed us to know what the cost of our home would be before signing off on our contract. We look forward to building with Excel Homes.

    New Home

    I recently purchased a quick possession home from Excel Homes in Cochrane. I have had several home buying experiences over the years. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Excel for both the quality of home they build and the service they provide. This was the easiest most fluid home buying I have done. Things went smoothly. My home is beautiful with attention to detail. The people I dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a satisfied customer for sure.

    House Builder

    First time ever I have posted anything. I saw the lot I wanted but had never been involved with building a home before. I went to the show home where I meet Angela Kolewaski (Angela's work ethic and attention to detail is unparalleled). We discussed how it would work and I went home to talk it over with my husband. He had built before (not Excel) and was not feeling very confident based on his previous experience. We went through with process and are very happy with the home and the service. Ask lots of questions! And ask for Angela:)
