The process of working with PF was great, I received a quick budget number, the showroom was great and the staff were very helpful in picking a countertop, the site inspector was very thorough and very helpful, and the installation went smooth with the installer being very professional yet had some laughs as well. The experience was enjoyable all the way around, and we have a great countertop now.

After months (many months) of visiting several companies in Edmonton looking at laminate, granite and Quartz for our kitchen and bathroom, we settled on Quartz from PF and are thrilled with our choice. Starting with Liz in the showroom (thank you for your patience and understanding of a tough decision) to the estimators, to the installers (thank you Owen and Sean for a perfect install), everything went exactly as ordered. The workmanship is top-notch and we could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at PF for your excellent service!

We just had new kitchen countertops installed by PF Custom Countertops. The entire experience was wonderful, right from start to finish, and beyond! Elizabeth helped us pick out the perfect countertop. I am blind, and really love the feel of quartz, but the price of quartz is a little more than we wanted to spend. Elizabeth showed us a sample of laminate that was really smooth to the touch, and, except for not being quite as cool, felt amazingly similar to quartz. We chose the pattern and style we wanted and were told that it would be two to three weeks before the countertops could be installed. The installer contacted us with the install date, which was only two weeks away. On the specified date the installer showed up, removed our old countertop and installed the new one. When he was done he cleaned up after himself. The countertop looks, and feels amazing! This is not the end of the story though. A couple of weeks after the countertop was installed, we had a new Lg range delivered. I won't say where we bought the range. That is another story. When the delivery guys were putting the stove in place, they caught the stove on the side of our brand new countertop, and broke off a piece of the side laminate. We went to PF Custom Countertops and told Elizabeth what happened. She assured us that their service person, Chris, would be in touch with us to arrange to have the countertop fixed. The very next day Chris called and said he could come over that morning to fix the countertop. When Chris arrived he not only fixed the countertop, but helped level the LG range for me as the delivery guys neglected to do this. To me this was going way above and beyond the call of duty! I would highly recommend PF Custom Countertops to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen or bathroom! They're GREAT!!

We completed a home renovation last fall and had PF Custom Countertops complete our kitchen and bathroom quartz requirements. The whole experience was awesome from placing the order (Rob), to the experienced well mannered installer Slavek! Thank you PF. We love our kitchen and bathroom!

We hired PF to fabricate and install new countertops in a kitchen renovation. Had an excellent experience all the way through - from the clear communication about process and expected timelines from the receptionist, to the measurement, which was done accurately and professionally (even calling back later when they discovered a better option for one of the seams), to the installation crew who were fast, proficient, courteous, and did an excellent job cleaning up.

The exceptional service began as we walked in the door. Greeted by Cliff and with his knowledge and quidance we choose the product, design and price that worked for us. The fellow who came out to lazer the area, offered tips and modifications which resulted a more stable and asthetically pleasing bar, at a lower cost. Installers excellent and very professional, efficient and cleaned up before they left. All done within quoted timeframes. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again. A rare find!!

Over 30 years ago myself and a couple of partners started a new bathroom renovation concept in Edmonton. Back then most bathroom countertops were plastic laminate, and we enlisted the help of PF manufacturing to build countertops for customers. 30 years later the materials used for countertops have changed dramatically, but our relationship with PF has not. After many years I have come to realize that businesses is like anything else in life. It is all about people ... and how we treat each other. I will not get into names, but I have crossed paths with many professional people at PF who respect their jobs, respect their product, and respect us ... and I hope we have done the same for them. I can't imagine using anyone else to provide the level of service we need for our customers. I send a big thanks for everything to the people at PF, and I wish you many more years of success.
