    Revision of countertop which was provided and installed 9 years ago.

    We had purchased a new stove which required a very small amount of extra space. I called Pf. Fortunately I had their original invoice. In a very short time, first the woman who answered the phone, then Rob, accessed their records, and even photographs, of the work done 9 years ago. Rob arranged to have Haider come the following morning. He removed the section of counter, took it to the shop, trimmed it and had it back in place in a couple of hours. The result is perfect. As important as the work itself, is the manner in which it was done and the attitude from my first contact, from Rob and from Haider. This is customer service at its best! Thank you.

    phenomenal service and product

    We had our kitchen island, counter tops, 1/2 bath and laundry room replaced with quartz. We had a bar style island and had them cut it to one level. It looks fabulous !!! The whole experience from visting their showroom to construction, workmenship and crew was nothing short excellence. The crew was professional, very freindly and caring. We highly recommend PF Custom Countertops for any countertop replacements . The manager even called to make sure everything was to our liking after the job was completed. In the future we are going to be replacing our other two bathrooms countertops and will definitely be dealing PF .

    Outstanding Product and Customer Service

    As part of our bathroom renovations last year PF installed two Corian vanities including Corian undermount sinks. They did a top notch job and the countertops are beautiful. Recently I had additional questions regarding maintenance and cleaning of the product. I called PF and was immediately directed to the Customer Service Manager, who not only listened to my concerns but arranged for a Service Representative to pay a visit. Chris ensured the product was up to standard and gave a detailed explanation of future maintenance. I highly recommend this company as they provide a quality product along with great customer service to make certain that you are happy with your choice. Thank you!

    U-shaped counter top

    I had PF Custom both measure and install the countertops. U-shaped counters are always a challenge in order to get the dimensions to all fit. PF Custom did a great job and I'm very happy with the results.

    Custom countertops

    We had the good fortune to find PF Custom Countertops in our search for high quality suppliers/contractors to move a kitchen reno forward. They were thorough and professional in every aspect, from initial consultations thru site inspection and accommodation of anomalies, to accommodative scheduling, ultimate manufacturing and installation. Our thanks in particular to Cliff, Dey and our installer Jason. Were thrilled with the result!

    Laminate countertop renovations

    Very knowledgeable and helpful with design suggestions and product selection. Attention to detail by installers, and there subsequent cleanup, was 2nd to none. I recommend PF to anyone requiring counters.

    Reno my counter top

    Had to make an adjustment to a granite counter top to fit a new fridge. They picked it up in the morning and had it back installed before dinner. Great job of cutting and polishing the edge.

    countertop replacement

    My 1950's era home has a built-in cabinet with drawers and a sink. The original laminate glue failed so replacement was necessary. However, because the cabinet was built on-site by a finishing carpenter, the countertop could not be removed without destroying the entire cabinet. This posed no problem as PF Countertops manufactured a new countertop to place on top of the existing one. They measured perfectly, disconnected and reconnected the sink, and cleaned everything up before they left. They also ensured that the top drawers had sufficient clearance to open before leaving. The employees are excellent and prompt in replying to messages. Highly recommend this company.

    New Kitchen and bathroom counters

    The selection of Quartz was terrific. The staff was helpful and I never felt bad about calling to get clarification. The installers were very professional, courteous, and were mindful to every little detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have their countertops replaced. The company also got us in contact with a good plumber.

    Great job

    We’ve dealt with PF in the past & because of the great job they did we did not get any other quotes when we decided to replace counters in our kitchen & 3 bathrooms, just when straight to PF. Dealt with Cliff in the showroom & he was extremely helpful. Counters were installed by David & great job. If we ever have to do this again we’ll be back.
