    Great Quality delivered with Integrity

    Using PF custom countertops was a dream. From start to finish it is apparent they are very knowledgeable and are excellent at what they do. The end result is a stunning countertop that gives us that "WOW" effect every time we walk in the room.

    Quartz Countertop Install

    We ordered new quartz countertops in our behind and couldn't be more pleased with the results! The install took slightly longer than expected (2 days instead of one) but that's only because they had to make adjustments to the quartz backsplash to make it perfectly level and could have had something to do with the walls behind the old backsplash. the final result is amazing and I am still in awe of my new kitchen and bathrooms. My large bathroom mirror was broken during the install, which I was aware was a possibility, and PF offered to pay for my mirror replacement, which they deducted off the final bill. I found their pricing competitive and the quality of the product and the installation is next to none!

    Poor Customer Service

    Seriously worst company ever! After having my cabinet installed I contacted PF Manufacturing and it took them 3 business days to call me back just to book the measurement . Then cancelled my scheduled measurement and booked it the following day, which literally took 10 mins. Then took another one week just to book my counter top installation. I literally have no kitchen for almost 3 weeks now. I would not be surprised if they cancel again. And to top it all off the people that work there are so unfriendly. Like I'm so inconvenient. Do not go with this business! They are so frustrating!

    Counter top purchase through IKEA

    I don’t know the quality of the product yet that this company provides, but I don’t like the attitude and the service that they gave me when I called about my order. I have been shopping for counter top since my kitchen was installed in June. To avoid any delays or waiting times I decided to go with IKEAs offer for pure white laminate counter top. My island is wider so I have to pay for custom production which I understand. On my order was written that the kitchen is installed and all is in place to avoid any more delays. I was told by the Ikea employee that the company that produces and install’s the counter top will call me in about 3 days after they receive my order. So I waited and waited till it was 14 days later, then I decided to call them myself. First they transferred me to someone that deals with only Ikea orders and then I was told that I have been misinformed about the call and that I was responsible to call them myself (well what a service ) and then she told me that usually when order from Ikea comes in, the cabinets are not installed yet…..(it was written on my order its ready to go ) …..and then I was told that they dealing with IKEA and will let them know not to misinform the customers ….well I am not sure if I was the manager or the owner of the company I would try to argue with someone like IKEA, who give me the biggest portion of the work, it might result the elimination of the contract…. Instead I would get a more reliable person dealing with the orders from IKEA and make sure when the order comes in I would call the customer and ask the situation, like if the kitchen is ready or if there is still a waiting time or not……..Now I have to wait three more days until they call me to schedule the measurement for the template and that is not all….I have two jobs and cannot take time off as they please or they have time and it might take another 2 weeks and then installation? I might be lucky to get it by Christmas???? I feel like pulling the order out and go with someone else. Very disappointed with the service….very disappointed  Olly

    Olly, please accept my apology for the delay in your counter top order. The notation on the paperwork from Ikea that the order was ready for measure was overlooked by our staff. It is rare that an order from Ikea is already installed when received by PF Custom Countertops. I am following up on the order and will do all we can to expedite the fabrication and installation so you will have a functional kitchen as soon as possible.     Quatrz countertop fading

    Installed quatz countertops in August of 2014.Within six months the color started fading ( black countertops) Phoned PF and they had two service men come out, first time they used a cleaner in one spot which took the color out of the countertop they commented that they have a problem here. Second guy camoe oyt and used another cleaner and it did nothing except make oyr countertop with a film like grease, everytime we wipe it it streaks. After this they said there is nothing we can do for thats how the product is. Told to make a claim to LG we did and theyd will not help us. Pretty sad that after six months of installation they will help. Not recommended to anyone, donit stand behind their product

    New granite counter tops

    We are very pleased with our selection and the service provided by PF Custom Countertops. They price matched their competition too. We selected them based on the reviews of this site. There were some challenges, and this happens in most renovations but the manager dealt with the issue promptly. We will upgrade our vanities to stone as well and will definitely use PF again and would recommend them wholeheartedly . We love our new granite countertops! Thank you PF!

    kitchen countertops

    They put in our countertops quickly was good. Bad news was that a month of having our quartz countertops that are supposed to be very durable we dropped a glass which chipped the countertop!!

    New countertop

    We recently renovated our kitchen and ordered our new countertop from PF manufacturing. We previously orderd out island countertop from a different local manufacturer through Home Depot and we were very disappointed with their work. PF did a perfect job and we would recommend them above any other manufacturer in Edmonton. We plan to go back to PF when we upgrade the countertops. They provide great product at a reasonable price.

    New kitchen counters

    This is the second time I have ordered from PF manufacturing. Both times they provided high quality workmanship, on time and correct to specifications. I ordered from a competitor once and will never do that again. These guys are the best. They are professional, helpful and courteous.

    Granite Kitchen top installed

    Had our kitchen counter tops replaced with granite. Great sales people to deal with, good variety of available top colors and patterns. Very easy and flexible to deal with. Went out of their way to ensure we got what we wanted and loved it. Would recommend this company to everyone wanting to get the same type of work done. Extremely satisfied with finished work and subsequent support.
