    Roofing, Skylight & Gutters

    My new roof, skylight, gutters and gutter guards are spectacular. Everyone associated with this company is respectful, professional and very proficient. I highly recommend this company for high quality work at competitive prices.

    Progect

    This old 1890's house had at least 3 layers of shingle, rotten plywood with holes into the attic. Herb Lodde did an excelent job. They put a lot of new plywood, Ken picked a great color for the high quality shingles. Th e new eves and facia also look great. Good for many more years.

    Full Roof Replacement

    Checked with Homestars and the BBB prior to contacting Herb Lodde & Sons Roofing Ltd. Ten out of Ten, and A+ ratings across the board, combined with the fact that they have been in business for 50 years assured us that we would be making the right choice in contacting them to replace the roof on our home. As it turned out, they greatly exceeded our expectations. We found a strong "Customer Satisfaction" orientation among all staff members right through to the owners. High quality materials, and workmanship second to none, combined with long term warranties covering both materials and labour have not only resulted in providing us with a roof that looks absolutely phenomenal, but also a good sense of security with respect to the durability and safety of the roof for decades to come. The staff and installers were a definite pleasure to work with. They made this project virtually stress free, and were always available to answer questions. We will definitely be recommending Herb Lodde and Sons to all of our friends and colleagues for many years to come. Thank you very much Rob, Heather, Melissa, and Crew. The roof looks fantastic!

    Complete roof replacement

    We were ready for a complete roof replacement and we knew who to call- Herb Lodde! The girls in the office were great. They gave us samples to take home and look at. Dave came out within a few days to give us an estimate and suggest a colour and the best shingle for our house. The job was done within a few weeks after the initial appointment. The crew of 7 were on the job for 2 days and were fantastic! They worked hard, were very friendly and efficient. The organized set up and great clean up was appreciated! Scott came out shortly after to inspect the job. Thanks Manny for a great experience from beginning to end. We referred the company to a family member and they had their roof done as well. They were very pleased!

    A New Roof and Eves Trough

    The crew and staff of Herb Lodde and Quality Exteriors were amazingly fast and efficient with both jobs that we needed done. The crew were both polite and very hard working, the supervisor came and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction and if we had any other concerns. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company. Thank you for all your hard work. A Plus job!

    Total Roof Repair

    Herb Lodde group completed a total roof repair and some eves repair as well. The were very efficient with an inspection and estimate and the price was extremely fair and competitive. The work was scheduled quickly and was completed with minimal disruption to our family. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the products look fantastic. Read all the reviews prior and witnessed their work at a neighbouring property. Definitely made an excellent choice with Herb Lodde Roofing. Thanks for everything.

    Roof

    Excellent! The work was well done, the materials are top quality and the roof looks so much better that I thought possible. The crew was friendly and did a perfect clean-up. The price was fair and not un-reasonable. thank you so much!!

    Roofing for House

    When researching for a new roof for our house, I automatically checked out Home Stars. At the top of the list was Herb Lodde & Sons. I phoned and had an estimate done within a few days. As it was in December, we were unable to have the roofing done, but there was a bad patch which they immediately sealed up to get us over the winter. First nice week in Spring they were here to put on the new roof. The bin showed up just before the crew and they worked all day through and the next day and half of the third day to finish up. They also constantly cleaned up the site as they worked plus made an extra effort regarding errant nails. The crew was very friendly and worked well as a team. They also made an extra effort to not disturb the flower beds and lawn while they worked. All in all we were pleased with the price (they held it at the quoted price even though the work was done in the following year), the crew, the cleanup and the follow up visit. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to the final visit. Thank you Herb Lodde & Sons for a job well done.

    Roof

    Herb Lodde gave us an estimate shortly after calling them. They were professional and reasonable. We are very pleased with the look of our new roof, the product, the time frame and the workers. Loved that they did an after work inspection! Would highly recommend and have already done so!

    Roof replacement

    Extremely happy with the workmanship and professional service Herb Lodde provided replacing my roof. Everyone from Melissa, Jennifer, Rob, Dave and the roofing crew were polite and friendly. The job was done quickly and the clean up was awesome. Everyone in the neighbourhood has commented on how sharp the roof looks and what an awesome job the guys did! Will definetly recommend this company to friends and family.
