I hired this company because they were established in my city. They did my house and garage roof. The entry to my attic a few months later was soaked and they came over to see what was wrong. Now they tell me my chimney is in bad shape and needs to be repointed. WHY wouldnt they tell me about the chimney when they came to do an estimate? Repointing a chimney is apparently messy work and I would have had that work done before I had the roof replaced. Im a senior and I dont climb my roof to check these things. He suggested a mason from a company that does good work but after a dozen phone calls and emails being ignored Ive hit a dead end. Now Herb Lodde roofing is ignoring my emails. I would not use them again and would not recommend them. A decent, ethical company I feel would have told me about the chimney so I could get that done first but they didnt. Very disappointing.

I had this company replace my roof on my home and garage in late 2013 or early 2014. The job they did on the garage was so poor that water has been leaking for years which in turn rotted the header in the front of the garage. I called to inquire what their guarantee was and was met with a very rude man on the phone. He basically said I was blaming him for the rotted header. I said the shingles were put on wrong and over top of other shingles and because of that, it has been leaking over the years and rotted the header. I asked him if he would come and take a look at it. He basically said he is doing nothing about it and hung up on me. Don't expect any type of quality customer service down the road from this company. Buyer beware, they don't back up their work or product.

We had a leak in our roof. Manny and his team came out and was able to resolve the problem quickly and did a thorough check of our roof and attic. We could not be more appreciative of their service and the way they stand behind their product! Thank you again! Zach

Herb Lodde and Sons did our roofing originally 20+ years ago. When we lost a few shingles in a major storm, the company responded quickly to do the repair under warranty. Since then they helped to resolve a leak in an area of our roof. Again this issue was responded to promptly and effectively. The service tech even cleaned our eavestrough as a favour. The shingles on the roof are still in very good condition. The leak was related to a deteriorated roof vent. If your are looking for a roofing company that does quality work with prompt service including after sales service, you should consider Herb Lodde and Sons

We needed our low sloped roof and 3 skylights replaced. Contacted Lodde and a salesman was there that same day. Stephen reviewed our options and we choose a 2 ply torched application. Lodde’s installer Donny showed up within “installation window “that we were told. The installation was done in the most professional way with Donny keeping us updated with each step. Our roof was reshingled when we bought the house 8 years ago (that roofer has since retired). After a time, the ceiling leaked and dripped water during a heavy rainfall into our dining room. Herb Lodde's roofers came to fix our problem, to redo the flashing in the valley, replace plywood as needed, and reshingle the area. We had a serious rainstorm yesterday and no more leak into the house. The guys did a great job, working on a pretty hot day too. They cleaned up after themselves well, and I would highly recommend this company.

Herb Lodde Roofing did a great job removing and installing shingles on my roof. They also replaced the roofing material on the flat roof section of my house. They were very well organized, with the arrival of the new materials and the waste bin, all arriving at the proper time and removing the bin right after the job was completed. The entire job was started and finished with in two days including a great clean up.

I had my roof done by Herb and Lodde back in 2014 and they did a great job with that so, I did not hesitate in contacting them again to install siding. Jason L. came over and took a walk around as well as pictures. He evaluated the job, estimated the cost and promised a more detailed quote in writing. Having received said quote in a timely manner and having made some simple adjustments it was settled. The crew arrived on time in the appointed date and proceeded to do the work. All materials were available and the work proceeded without a hitch. Cleanup was done every day and there were no delays. Everything was done as specified and in a very professional way including minor adjustments as per our own wishes. The house looks fantastic! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do similar work. Thank you for a job well done!

I contacted 3 roofing firms for quotes. Rob from Lodge Roofing came and got up the roof and evaluated the job, then gave us a quote. I checked the references for the company and they came highly recommended. We decided to go with Lodge Roofing and they were there 2 days later to install our new roof. The crew that attended were very polite and answered any questions I had. They also cleaned up all materials at the end of each day. When the job was finished, the following day another 2 gentlemen from Lodde attended and did a quality inspection on the roof as well as checking to see all materials had been picked up from around are house. I was very impressed from the quote process, through the actual job, the followup and the interaction with the office staff. The roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Lodde and Sons Roofing to anyone looking to get a quality roof done by true professionals.
