    Roof replacement

    We couldn't be more pleased with the job done by Herb Lodde Roofing. We booked a complete roof replacement during the winter and the job was done on schedule and in the time promised. Melissa at the office was very responsive to questions. Claude and Rob and the rest of the crew were great - very professional, cleaned up at the end of each day, answered all questions and responded to special requests. You could tell that this crew had worked together for a while - everyone knew their role. Highly recommend Lodde roofing.

    Complete Roof Redone

    Herb Lodde and sons was informative, professional, and not pushy in any way. Their staff were friendly, on time, and respectful to our property. We have since highly recommended them and will continue to do so. Anyone who had work done by them on our suggestion has not been disappointed. They exceeded our expectations, Keep up the good work:)!!

    soffit, fascia, window, siding

    My husband and I are so very happy with the work that this company did for us. The guys are very professional and did an excellent job. We would recommend this company to anyone, a pleasure to deal with.

    Roofing and Skylights

    Excellent business practice (integrity,honesty).Excellent communication of all details.Return my calls promptly.Excellent workmanship and product selection.Have referred to many others with no embarrassment ! Highly recommend for a hassle free experience.

    Roof & skylights

    We had our roof and skylights replaced in October. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work done and the professionalism of the whole crew. They were friendly and courteous and listened to our concerns. The work was done in a timely manner and price wise was in line with other estimates we received. We also really appreciated not having 'music' blaring throughout the entire neighbourhood. Once the work was done, they did a nice clean up job. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

    New Roof

    Am totally impressed with the quality of the work that Herb Lodde and Sons Roofing completed--I required a whole new roof. Ken, the gentleman who quoted the job, was up front and very helpful; the gentlemen who completed the work were timely, diligent, kept me apprised every step of the way (and they ran into extreme issues), they were pleasant and worked very hard. Clean up was completed thoroughly each day. This company was contentious and honest from the get go. If they hadn't been I would have had an incomplete job from another company that would have left me with a mess down the road and wasting money. The office staff are pleasant and easy to work with and the site supervisor diligent in updating on anything unforeseen. The workers had to trouble shoot issues as they arose-dealt with these in a professional, prompt and cordial manner--ones that they could not remediate they assisted me in getting fixed so the job could move through smoothly to completion. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with the work, the competence and the knowledge of the team. The company was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. My neighbor recommended them to me and I am delighted that I went with their quote!

    fixing roof where chimney was

    We called around to find someone to come out to fix a roof 'hole and siding issues with the removal of a chimney on the sir of our house. Many companies would do one part but not the other. Jay cam out and gave us a competitive quote and four weeks later, the guys came out- first fixing the facias and soffits and then soon after someone came by and fixed the roof. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves and called after to make sure we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend or call for future jobs.

    Roof

    Very professional service. Was asking for a quote and they were at my door within the hour. They arrived on time with the bin for disposal and the crew were finished the very same day!! The crew were very polite and with me having kids they made a couple extra trips around the house looking for any debris or nails to prevent my kids from getting hurt. 5 star service.

    New Roof

    David was our contact and he presented the roofing products available through him and later provided a written itemized cost. The project was scheduled for the Thursday after our return in early October. That happened as planned. The crew that did the work were friendly and attended to their chores with gusto. There was a hitch in that there were not enough ridge shingles available initially when required but that was looked after the next day. The over-night exposure was quickly circumvented by covering the ridges with a covering which was removed when the ridge shingles were installed. We were very thankful that the crew did not have a "Boom Box" blaring as other crews had in the area while roofing. One concern is that the home owner should be made aware by the "Bin Rental Company" before the bin is placed on the driveway in front of the garage. The car may still be in the garage and it was very very difficult to get the car out after the bin was placed!!

    roofing home, gazebo and tool shed

    The guys were very professional, which I never expected from "roofers." Very polite in manners, accurate with their work, were on the job site on time, cleaned up after themselves quite well. Mine was a three-step project over a two-year period. As a result, there were two separate crews, and I would rate them equally. The only problem was during the home renovation, at the end of the day on a Friday, the compressor broke down and they couldn't finish the job (I lent them my own compressor, but that also broke down). As a result of rain over the weekend, I had to scramble to catch the water leaks. However, in the end there was no damage. This is the only reason that I rated them a 9, rather than a 10. Good job and keep it up.
