    Thermostat installer

    We just had our A/C and Furnace changed by High Efficiency Cooling and Jason installed our ecobee thermostat. He did a great job. Very efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain the different functions of the furnace even though he was only here to install the thermostat.

    New Furnace and A/C

    We have used High Efficiency for our annual maintenance on our heating and air conditioning. When it was time to replace our very old A/C, we had no hesitation in contacting them. The price was very competitive and the work was done well and cleanly. Also, even after the whole bill was paid, they remembered one small area that needed sealing and they came by to do it. I highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbours.

    Heat pump replacement

    We were happy to have used this company to get the job done quickly the same day we put down our deposit because the unit we need was in stock. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

    Water heater replacement

    The turnaround time to get a new water heater was three business days! The quotation process was fairly easy and choosing which product and making the deposit payment was all done electronically. After I confirmed the product I wanted, the new water heater came three days later. Installation was super fast and the installers were very efficient and clean. Overall, I was very impressed and now I have more hot water! The plus side is that they also took my old water heater and returned it to Reliance for me. I highly recommend!

    Furnace maintenance

    Two years ago I had a tech from High Efficiency visit to do some maintenance on the furnace (that they had installed years before). At the time we were in the middle of a reno, and it was suggested that we follow up on completion. I totally forgot about this, and fast forward to today, I decided to get them in again. The phone call was very productive. I got a tech in same day, who performed a thorough tune up and CO measurement. As well, he conducted an high level assessment of my 34 y.o. A/C, as well as options for locating a new unit if needed (I’ll be getting quotes for that project). They also have a maintenance package which seems like a great deal if you’re the type who likes to keep your stuff tuned up and serviced regularly. Thanks to Piraba for the great service!

    Great Job!!!

    I had a new furnace installed by this company. Charten(sales) and Jason(Installer) were very helpful through this whole process. If you are looking to replace your furnace/ac ,this company is professional and thorough. You will be glad you went with Hi Efficiency.

    New Furnace, A/C, Humidifier

    Furnace and humidifier were installed yesterday, A/C to follow - so far so good. Excellent/timely service, installation, sales approach, overall very happy with the experience, professional conduct by both installation crew and the sales rep. Charton was great at clearly explaining different options and there was no pressure selling whatsoever - really appreciated. He visited our house twice to make sure everything is checked out, and also visited with the installation crew on the morning of install. Have to say sales reps from other companies were also very professional and helpful, picking Charton out of the bunch speaks volumes on his approach. An update: They just completed the A/C installation - same as first time, very professional, cleaned everything at the end, just fantastic service overall. Thanks Charton and crew!

    Heat Pump Malfunction

    The repairman (Sergei) was friendly and polite, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and was even able to answer questions I had about other issues in the condo. The service was fast and efficient, and my problem is now solved. I strongly recommend this service to anyone having issues with their heating system.

    Excellent work!

    I got my house furnace filter changed, they cleaned the humidity tube and added a new filter. Took the time to patiently explain their process to me and how the filters should be working. Would highly reccommend this service!

    Prompt response, professional conduct.

    Prompt respone, profesional conduct. The technicisn ( Hary ) made recommendstions for a few things that would need soon attention to avoid costly repairs. Verry efficient, very considetate. I am very happy with the service.
