They are a Carrier dealer and Carrier is the brand I preferred. Other installers seemed to be more ready to put in whatever they had in the shop and were not as familiar with their product as High Efficiency. They arrived on time, did the job neatly and quickly and even registered my warranty for me.Answer from pro:

Met Jamie for an evaluation. He made some good recommendations which I went with(lower blower box and larger coil). Booking was easy, installers were fantastic and a very competitive price to replace my 30 yr old furnace and AC. Not only the units were replaced, they replaced all the copper lines and intake/exhaust..literally a new HVAC system The installers did a good job and made sure to use drop cloths, all equipment installed as per contract. Office support (Natalie) is amazing as well. Followed through with replacing an AC bracket that I requested and provided me with a Lennox warranty certificate 2 weeks later. Just as promised. Overall, a very good job by the whole team and I would definitely use them again!Answer from pro:
