    Furnace

    It’s been more than a week now since our new furnace was installed. So far so good.installation was prompt and efficient. Jason did a good job. Thanks also to Charton for clearly explaining different options on the new furnace. And most of all there was no pressure selling.

    Great service

    Jason was able to come and service our furnace quickly and we appreciate how efficient and professional he was. He was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend. And Jason is fantastic!

    Furnace Repairs

    We had issues with our furnace. A technician arrived to our house within an hour of our call. Our technician, Pirabaharan, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm happy to say our house is nice and warm now. Thank you!

    Furnace Inspection & Cleaning

    Was referred to Jason & his company by a friend of ours to look into some strange noise coming from the furnace. Jason work was excellent and he gave honest suggestions. He took the time to give that personal touch and provide great advise. Will definitely recommend them and use them again !

    Furnace Installation

    It is with great pleasure that I am sharing this recent experience related to installation of a new furnace. Charton was our man and the whole process was quick, efficient and very satisfying. We would love to give higher than 10 rating. Charton was extremely helpful in explaining (we would say, educating us) on all aspects and without brining any sales pitch, he provided the best advice to us for our situation. He is methodical and ensures everything is done as explained and promised. He went out of the way too to help us with our queries. And then, his technician, Jason, did a great installation of the new furnace, which clearly showed his knowledge and skills. Put together, we are happy that we got a good price and high-quality service and will not hesitate in recommending this team and High Efficiency to others.

    Furnace service

    The furnace stopped working and I called service. The technical guy came very fast and fixed the issue. We have learned a lot of knowledge from him. It is very helpful and good experience in the cold winter day. I appreciate the service they provided.

    Furnace replacement

    When our furnace broke down, we were worried about the unfamiliarity, the hassle, and the cost of dealing with this issue - and with our cold winters, we have no choice. From the very start - the technician, sales rep and installers - High Efficiency was professional, responsive, and helpful. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable service and the reasonable price for a very good furnace. Thank you!

    Fixed rattling noise in furnace

    We were hearing some loud noises coming from the furnace in the basement all the way upstairs. Jason helped resolve the issue, and even took the time to help diagnose other concerns around the house. A+ service!

    Service call for furnace noise

    I made a service call to look at my furnace which was making noise when the fan stopped. Gilbert responded very promptly. He sent a technician the next business day after my call to look at the problem. The technician identified the problem and within a week to the the parts replaced. I was very happy with the service and will definitely recommend High Efficiency Cooling for their service.

    Furnace service

    Malfunctioning furnace was carefully assessed and problems were explained to me while the diagnosis was being done. Very helpful in explaining what was being looked at and why. Service was very professional and efficient. Happy with the results.
