    Furnace service

    Our repair was handled by Jason. He sorted out the problem and was efficient, pleasant and provided answers to any questions. He offered a few tips how we can save in future on our heating bills.

    Furnace

    Got really worried when realized the heating system of the home was not working in this frigid cold January morning. Luckly found High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. Prompt service. Very efficient staff. Really happy with the service and suggestions provided by Mr. Jason. Definitely recommend to others.

    Excellent and fast service and price is reasonable. We installed a new furnace in our house and he process is very smooth. The technician and project manager are very experienced. Definitely recommended.

    the service wa oerformed effectively and efficidntly. we have enjoyed our conversation with the person who helped fixing our furnace, and he really made sure he solve the isue for this. we really aplreciate it.

    Furnace repair

    The probe of the furnace is covered by a layer of carbon, thus make the malfunction. Also the valve which controls the input of the gas does not work. The technian Jason Bunjo did very good job. He solved the problems faster and efficiently, within a hour everything is done. Thank you very much, Jason. Customer Linus

    Issue with furnace-no heating

    My furnace blower decided to fail, and high efficiency cooling and heating was very helpful to get me a diagnostic, over the weekend and my blower was replaced promptly. Very happy with the service I received. both Jason and Harry were very nice and discussed what was wrong and why, respectful of my home and did a great job. Would call them again if needed!

    Furnace Winter Maintenance Service

    Harry is knowledgable and friendly. He gave me a lot of recommendations in how to choose the right furnace in the future. In addition, he had found the problem of my new air conditioner last year and had fixed it properly. Thanks, Harry. Keep up the good work!

    + Technician called to confirm arrival time. + Serviced furnace and walked through the procedure. + Good tips on simple maintenance. + Non sales-y attitude. + If possible, ask for Jason (Jay); he has a great attitude towards his work and clients.

    Furnace/AC & Tankless Installation

    Job well done! High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. installed a furnace, AC unit and a tankless system in my home and completed their work with close attention to detail. Thank you Andrew for your time to discuss my hvac needs...all went according to plan. The installers did a great job and their work is appreciated. I would recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. to anyone considering hvac work.

    A solid repair

    We awoke Thursday morning, the coldest day so far this year, to find our house just over 60F degrees. I called High Efficiency, who had installed the furnace 9 years earlier, and Jason arrived a couple hours later. It turned out there was more than 1 issue involved, and the diagnostic process took quite a bit longer than scheduled, but Jason remained focused and thorough, not leaving until the problem was fully diagnosed and the required parts were ordered. He also took the time to rule out some possible causes rather than simply saying "this also needs to be replaced". Knowing he needed parts he would not have until the next day he did what he could to allow us to have some heat from the furnace through the night. He arrived promptly the next day and installed all necessary parts, fully tested the unit, tidied up after himself, and made sure I understood what had been done and that I was satisfied. I am completely satisfied with the service but there are some residual issues from the original sale that leave me unable to give a 10 out of 10 to the company.
