I found High Efficiency Cooling & Heating through HomeStars and contacted them for a general service of my furnace system - it hadn't been looked at in a few years, and I'm new to home ownership/maintenance. After some initial confusion on who I was suppose to talk to, they quickly scheduled a maintenance call with Jason. He arrived within the allotted time frame, in a good mood, and full of knowledge. No real maintenance required (as expected), but I learned a lot about the system and what to look for if things started to go awry. I'll be sure to contact them again, if/when needed.

Great company. Jason Bunjo was my service agent to clean and check my tankless. He was great. Showed up at the beginning of the window time I was given and explained everything to me. Very thorough, professional and personable. Highly recommend this company for any of their services.

Jason, the service technician, was very informative about the mechanics and maintenance of our high efficiency furnace. He took the extra time to explain its proper upkeep and you could tell he was very proficient about his service. Furthermore Jay was very professional in his attitude about performing the proper mechanical tests to ensure the furnace was operating as efficiently and safely as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and his company to any other prospective clients as his service call to our home was a pleasant and productive experience.

Called for a general service maintenance for furnace and hunidigier. The technician was very efficient and helpful with explaining issues and things to check for in the future. Would use this company again.

Technician Harry Yan is very professional. He arrived on time. He was checking my furnace thoroughly to make sure that is in good working condition. He also told me as a house owner how to take care or the furnace. Thanks Harry.

Recently had to replace an 18-year old furnace. The companies that I contacted were very professional and provided competitive price quotations. I was impressed though with the sales experience from Charton of High Efficiency. He methodically went through the furnace choices as well as the available rebates. Installation was arranged a week later and the technicians (led by Frank) completed the work early and to my satisfaction. Packaging and debris from the installation was also removed so no extra cleanup on my part required.

I have been dealing with Hi-Efficiency Cooling & Heating for two years. This company is outstanding. I have referred friends to this company who were also very satisfied. Recently when we had to service our furnace, we asked for Harry their technician. Unlike other service people Harry took his time and also explained to us the condition of our furnace. Harry is very knowledgeable, honest and most trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him and the company he represents!

I initially found High Efficiency Cooling & Heating on the Carrier website as a certified Carrier dealer. I met with Andrew Bonham their sales person who was fantastic. I had spoken to approximately 5 other companies regarding a new furnace but Andrew was the most responsive and also listened to what I was looking for. He didn't try to up sell me on other things but gave me what I was looking for. He also gave me a very competitive price. The installation went well. I did have a couple of other follow up questions afterwards and Yue in the office and Harry were a pleasure to deal with. Yue was always willing to help. They definitely stand by their product and their service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I called customer service to request a service call. I asked if I could speak to a technician first. Shortly I received a call back from Rick, the owner. He suggested a few things I could check before I had to place a service call. I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could place a service call and had an appointment the next day. On the day of the service call I received a call from Jason, the service technician, who was running early and wanted to know if he could come before the appointment time which was very surprising as normally these calls mean they are running late. He looked at my Goodman furnace and found the problem and explained what the problem was as he repaired it. He was very professional but mostly his attitude was what impressed me. He seemed to enjoy his job and explained things to me so I would understand. He did give me suggestions on what he felt could be done but did not push this on me. I would recommend High Efficiency to family and friends without a single doubt that they would receive the same service I received. I will always call them for any heating and/or air condition problems I have in the future.

My furnace was 25 years old and had "retired" without telling me. LOL House was cold and kids and dogs were complaining ...Had a few HVAC companies come over to give me a quote and recommendation on new furnace. Cannot emphasize enough how happy I was to find Charton at HE Cooling & Heating. His knowledge, his efficiency, his thoughtfulness (he gave us heaters to use while we awaited installation), his customer service and satisfaction are top notch. He gave me a great price, assisted with rebates and followed up after installation to ensure I was happy. Installers were also great. "HIGH"ly recommend HIGH EFFICIENCY :)
