We’ve owned our Carrier system since 2007 and were looking for a Carrier specialist to attend to our service needs. We didn’t want a jack of all trades type service. Needed and wanted Carrier experts. We spotted High Efficiency’s ads and the consistently good reviews posted about this heating & a/c group - Carrier experts. So, we gave a call when we had some heating system concerns, last winter. They promptly set us up with an appointment and their technician, Harry visited to consider the issue - right on time. He listened & considered my observations on our valued system, gave a look and zeroed in on the igniter system problem. Before we knew it, he had replaced the parts and checked further for any other related igniter and burner issues. All good. And, he communicated very well helping me understand our system better. In the late spring, we asked for him again - to check the a/c before the seasonal needs and we were assured that all was well. Again, Harry left us with a better understanding about the Carrier unit. As we prepared for this cold weather season, I noticed something was off despite working well enough. Again, Harry considered my thoughts and observations, checked the Infinity controler’s reports and once again zeroed in on the potential first step concern. Bingo! Heat sensor part replaced, system schedule tweaked for optimum performance given the system’s capabilities, and away we go confidently. All at reasonable rates. Would we recommend High Efficiency? Our furnace stopped working and we contacted HIgh Efficiency Cooling and Heating because our Carrier furnace is still under warranty they are the Carrier authorized dealer. Our appointment was in the afternoon but Jason called in the morning. He said one of his appointments was cancelled and he wanted us to have heat by the end of the day. Jason was very professional. He found the problem (we needed to change the gas valve) and also explained during his work, told us what caused the problem and how we could prevent the problem in the future. He was very patient to answer our questions and we had the heat again on the same day. We were very satisfied with his work and we will contact the company again for furnace maintenance next year. I would definitely recommend High Efficiency Cooling and Heating.

Very good experience from product consulting to post installing service. Charton Teng, the energy advisor, is professional and customer oriented. Pricing was very competitive. Two very experienced installers spent 8 hours to install both machines. No issues and walked me through everything. Happy customer.

I have an AC with a humidifier installed for my new house in Oakville this summer. Recently it’s getting colder but the humidifier doesn’t work. High efficiency sent Jason to my house and adjusted the machine for me. Jason is a very nice guy with humor and very professional, till now the humidifier works very well and I am satisfied with their work. BTW the customer service of this company is very good, exactly high efficiency

I had a new Carrier furnace, Air Con and tankless water heater installed by High Efficiency Cooling and Heating in September 2018. Charton gave me a quote which was lower than another competitor. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed in one day to my satisfaction. There was one problem with the exhaust tube from the water heater which was leaking when I did the laundry. I called Charton on a Sunday and he sent someone to replace the tube with a pump the same Sunday. Two weeks later he came back to follow up. I have never come across such great customer service.
