    Very thorough service. Technician was very courteous and informative about condition of furnace and frequency of filter replacement.

    New Furnace

    I needed a new furnace urgently as mine broke down. Jamie was able to come to my house the same day and was able to provide a solution right away. The pricing was very competitive and also was their warranty. The installation also went very well. They took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly and waited until the furnace was running. They also did a great job cleaning.

    Annual furnance and humidifier tuneup

    Technician performed a thorough, professional job, he even corrected a misplaced wiring on the humidifier. Well run company.

    High Efficiency Heating and Cooling

    We had this company install the furnace 10 years ago and it has worked extremely well for us. We have also used them for our annual maintenance. Harry the technician was just here to do our 2023 service. He was very punctual and did an excellent job. He explained the general condition of the furnace and made the necessary adjustments etc. We are always pleased with the service we receive from High Efficiency. Thanks.

    Air-conditioning

    We have a service, and Harry (service guy) is very accommodating whomever we have questions. I hope all your employees are like him. It seems that my mom was happy his service and he make sure that everything is running properly before he left and makes some suggestions. Thank you Malou nakamura

    Very happy with their products and their service

    Just had a check-up for our high efficiency furnace and hybrid heat pump (which these folks installed at the beginning of last summer). Harry, our technician, was very thorough, and gave me great tips on how to save more money on our heating bills. Thanks so much.

    annual maintenance on Mitsubishi split AC units

    Very happy with the service provided by Richard. Guy knows his stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to have him back next year, & would also highly recommend him to perform this same type of service to anybody.

    Service A/C System

    Ali arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem quickly. The output line of the A/C condensation pump had been installed poorly with multiple kinks in the line. This caused the water to back up and spread across our finished basement ruining carpet and drywall. Ali installed the new pump quickly and removed the kinks in the output hose. Although I am disappointed in the original installation, I am very happy with Alis work. John
