The Granite Guys are real professionals. From the showroom to the installation my experience with this company was excellent, and the result - my new leathered Titanium Granite countertop - is absolutely gorgeous. Titanium was a good choice - when you look closely you can see bright bits of mica and even a few ruby garnets imbedded in the stone. My style is farmhouse/country and the leathered texture fits perfectly. When you think about the price - this stone was quarried in Brazil, finished in Italy, and now it is in my Calgary kitchen - the price is very fair. Granite is forever. If you need a countertop, I can recommend The Granite Guys without reservation.

I had requested a quote from Granite Guys for the install of a quartz countertop but after providing the measurements twice they were unable to provide an accurate quote. After shopping around I contracted the job to one of their competitors who was able to provide accurate and competitive pricing. Then I bought a remnant piece of quartz from their bone yard but when I went to pick it up they attempted to bully and guilt my wife into having them install the countertop. She was belittled and nearly denied the purchase of the remnant slab. In the end she was "allowed" to buy the piece but left with a sour taste.

From the moment I walked into the store the receptionist Amanda made me felt like a valued customer. This company is going to do whatever it takes to make me happy. Walt was very personable and works really hard to make sure you get the best piece of granite and you are 100% happy. My husband and I showed up on a Saturday hoping to just see our granite. Walt took us on a tour of the plant and showed us how they leather, template and cut the granite. The plant tour was very interesting and you can tell Walt loves to show his customers around. When it came time to template the granite Neil made sure there was very little wasted granite. The installer (Kevin & Tyson) worked very hard to make sure the granite was laid perfectly. I will be developing my basement soon and I can't wait to go back to The Granite Guys.

Really great service. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly. Managed to install in record time to get it done before the holidays. Pricing was competitive or better than other places I checked, but the good service was worth it regardless of price.

We live in an old house and our kitchen is an odd shape. Fabrication and installation was everything to us. We chose several companies from Homestars and from friends' recommendations. After interviewing several companies we chose The Granite Guys and they did not disappoint! This is one of the few places that lets you take samples home for a few days. Pricing estimates were quick and itemized with options which we preferred to the lump sum pricing. Walter answered all our questions. He made suggestions based on his considerable experience and he did not try to sell us something we didn't need or want. There was no pressure. The templating was accurate. The counter tops fit like a glove - even the quirky spots. We also had a window sill made which looks beautiful. They made the whole process very easy and I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service from start to finish. They helped us pick out our counters, came out and templated and offered suggestions based on the cabinets and everything was installed and completed within 2 weeks! We did a complete kitchen re-design and this was the only part of the process that went completely smoothy without any stress! I would highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the countertops installed by The Granite Guys. They are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The work was done on schedule, and with as little disruption as possible. We would use them again and would highly recommend them.

This was the second time we used them and the experience was just as good as the first time. The staff is easy to deal with and they are competent. It is hard to find price, service and quality all in one but they have it.

We had our counter tops replaced a couple of months ago. I would like to say that right from the first time we visited the showroom, though picking out our granite, and then the installation , the process was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. We are enjoying our new granite, thanks granite guy's .

We bought a house and gutted the kitchen. We made a feature of our 9 foot long island and it needed a special counter top. The Granite Guys helped with the renovation at my parents house and were fantastic! They were friendly, helpful and very punctuational. They are great and I highly recommend their service and expertise. They also have a great sister company for plumbing!!!
