The granite guys were fantastic. The service, attention to detail and whole process was an absolute pleasure. Starting with Walter who was our sales rep, down to Kevin and Tyson the installers everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The job was done right, done fast and painless and the product is amazing. Everyone was very informative and helpful and I highly reccomend the Granite guys if you are doing any kind of counter replacement/tile etc.

Excellent service from start to finish and good quality materials. The process of selecting the material, getting the measurements, and the installation was very efficient. Third party sinks (Calgary Sinks Direct) and plumbing (Call Canadian Plumbing) were both excellent as well.

The Granite Guys went beyond every expectation I had for them. They were quick, efficient and very kind throughout the process. With a delivery date too far out, they managed to make my occupancy happen by going beyond the basic counter install. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great experience from start to finish. Sandra the project manager was very helpful and knowledgeable from the start of the process to the end. She offered her insight and suggestions on product choices and arranged the site visit and install which both went smoothly. Sandra communicated with us throughout the process via e-mail and kept us informed on any updates/issues. Install of the two bathroom counter tops in November was handled very professionally by Kevin and Brandon- they were very courteous and considerate. I have since recommended Granite Guys to a number of friends and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

No wonder The Granite Guys have a perfect rating! The service, the install, the product and the professionalism warrants a 10/10 review. My wife and I decided to give our kitchen a face lift. We really wanted quality granite installed, and NOT by a "fly by night" company. So impressed with the Granite Guys. They were recommended by friends, and now we are doing the recommending. We went to their show room, picked out the granite. A few days later, they came and took a template of our kitchen counters. It wasn't long before an installation appointment was made, and the painless procedure of installation was complete. The installers were fantastic. It only took a couple hours to install, and they even cleaned up afterwards and taught us how to care for our investment. Their in-house plumbers came the next day and completed the installation of our new sink and faucet.The Granite Guys really know their stuff! Great selection, and professional all the way! The Granite Guys are a very professional company. The installers were very experienced and got the job done quickly and with no difficulties. I would definately recommend them to our friends!

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Granite Guys. I had them cut & install a new granite countertop for my bathroom sink. I provided the undermount sink and faucet, and their installation team drilled the hole for my faucet too close to my sink, making my faucet unusable & a plumbing nightmare. I paid $250 for a simply install, which they did incorrectly, and Granite Guys did nothing to correct this matter with me.
