I purchased the floor for the upper floor of my house in Milton Hardwood. I recommend this store 100%. The attention was amazing, the prices are good as well as the quality of the product. Eduardo (Edd), the person who help us in the store was very knowledgeable, he provided us with very good tips on the installation process, helped us with the selection of the transitions and he went one step forward pushing the warehouse to get our order ready the same day.

Great store to do business with, I recommend clients to go see the showroom regularly. Huge selection, friendly service!

We were very pleased with our experience with Milton Hardwood, who we hired to replace our worn carpet and revitalize our staircase. From start to finish, the experience reflected professionalism and attention to custom service that you hope for when paying for hardwood flooring installation, or any renovation for that matter. Our experience began in the showroom, now in their new location on Steeles Ave. The showroom was clean and clearly displayed the many products they carry. It was in the showroom where we met David, our salesperson. David was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. He walked us through the timeline of our project, came to our house to provide an accurate and reasonable quote (without charging for the visit), and provided us with samples of the materials that would be used in the project. He then passed the job along to Reynaldo. Rey and his team of installers were quick and efficient. The craftsmanship of the stairs was excellent as well. When a few roadblocks/challenges arose, both David and Rey addressed them promptly and professionally. We love our new staircase and hardwood. It is clean and modern, a welcome addition to our home. I cannot say enough about Milton Hardwood. Not only were Ed and David super knowledgeable about all of their products, when our renovation hit a major setback due to permitting delays, Milton Hardwood did everything they could to help us problem solve what to do with our flooring. David Mahabir was patient and attentive. He truly went above and beyond for my husband and I. I will be recommending Milton Hardwood to all of my family and friends for future projects!

I would Highly recommend Milton Hardwood. Rey and his team are very professional and Amazing to work with. They take pride in their work. David took care of all our needs from purchasing and organizing the installation. I would definitely use Milton Hardwood again. This renovation was replacing over 2000 square feet with hardwood plus the stairs and railings and installation.
