    AMAZING PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We are returning customers and will continue returning for every hardwood floor need! We had floors purchased and installed into 2 new builds... loved the results so we went back to Milton Hardwood for the new floors for our office... again amazing results with the product and installation... we went ahead and purchased for our family cottage and again we are so impressed! Ed and Richard provided all the best recommendations and customer service making each time a simple process! Thank you team!

    Hardwood installation for second floor

    We had our hardwood installed by Milton Hardwood Floors. They did great jobs. Belle and Richard are very knowledgeable and helpful. Belle did measurements and always follow up quickly. We highly recommend them.

    Hardwood Installation

    In October my wife and I had Milton Hardwood Floors install Superior 3/4 inch pre-finished oak hardwood in the carpeted areas of our home (living/dining room, upstairs landing and bedrooms), to match the existing oak hardwood in the main floor kitchen, family room and hallway. Both Richard and Ed were very helpful and a pleasure to work with, and they gave us an excellent price for the job! The scheduled dates were met as promised, and Gerry (the installer) and his team came on time 3 consecutive mornings as agreed. The wood matched perfectly and the floors look amazing! Gerry did a fantastic installation job! We are very happy that we chose Milton Hardwood Floors. I most definitely would use them again and highly recommend them!

    Home renovation

    A big shout out to my friends at Milton Hardwood. Richard went above and beyond to help us get our hardwood floors in record time ! Richard, Jesse and Ed are the most friendly and devoted people I have ever met and they truly care about their customers . I will definitely recommend Milton Hardwood to all my family and friends because I know they will be treated with the outmost respect! Thanks again For everything ! We shall return!

    Superior hand scraped hickory flooring

    We loved working with Belle at Milton Hardwood Flooring. She was very knowledgeable and flexible with our installation date. She recommended an installer and Jerry was fantastic. I do recommend them to my friends and would definitely use them again. Thanks. Betty and George from Georgetown

    Hardwood Floor Installation

    I was in a difficult position with another supplier(inferior products and terrible customer service) when Ed was referred to me. He did a great job in getting his guys out to my home quickly. He quickly sent me pictures of flooring, based on what I said I had originally chosen from the first supplier. He also advised me on trends and quality of the flooring. The installers evaluated the job and completed it quickly and efficiently. The turnaround time was great as I am hosting Thanksgiving dinner for over 30 people and my rooms were prepped for the job when the original installer kept delaying my job. My family was not happy. I must say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Milton Hardwood. A great deal of my stress has been lifted. Keep up the good work. Laurie

    Living/dining plus family room hardwood floor install!

    Marlene and I just had a remarkable experience with MILTON Hardwood. Just last Thursday we met Richard to have a quote on the broadloom replacement. Picked the materials and Richard told us he would be out to measure either later Thursday or Friday morning . He call Thursday to ask if he could come right away , and he did. Measured, went back to the Steele’s Ave. Store and called back with the quote and an install date.....IT WAS WEDNESDAY! Installer Jesse and helper came with the hardwood first thing , ripped out the carpet and underlay, installed the wood and baseboard trim, and 10 hours later were done.....and a terrific install. Also need to add, that because of our age, Jesse and helper moved our heavier furniture around as they worked, and put the pieces back in place when they were finished... We are very happy with the whole experience and recommend them. Wow, one week from start to finish! Thanks Marlene & Howie Pfeiffer.

    Living Room and Bedroom

    This is our second time using Milton Hardwood Floors but the first time we used their installation service as well. It was great to see that the friendly service and professionalism of the store staff (Ed) extends to their installers. The work was well done and we were quite pleased with the results. Coupling the friendly, "no pressure" buying experience of the product with the professional services makes Milton Hardwood a great choice.

    new flooring on first floor

    we ordered floor at this location for a DIY project. The staff was knowledgable and very helpfull. We were given advise on how to do the best job possible and what pneumatic gun to buy. Not once did they try to push for them installing the floor instead, they were respectful of us wanting to do the project. Great service, I would recommand them.

    Basement floors

    I used Milton hardwood when I built my house 9 yrs ago, as I respect their honesty & workmanship, I of coarse continued with them to finish my basement project. Milton Hardwood floors carry many beautiful variety of hard wood products that I trust to use in my house that is safe & reliable for my family to enjoy for many years. I appreciate the care & knowledge they have. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Eddie!
