    Home Inspection

    James was an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s energetic, very thorough, high informative and is clearly passionate about what he does. Really appreciated his attention to detail and all the many helpful tips along the way. The report you get afterwards is top notch, comprehensive and includes things to take note of immediately as well as down the road. You will be glad James is on your side and showing you exactly what you’re getting into. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

    Home Inspection

    Amazingly thorough and friendly service. James inspected a house I am currently looking at buying and I was so grateful that I decided to use his service. I knew there was some issues with the house, but James, found numerous other things that I completely missed. He is extremely detailed and even apologizes for it too. His knowledge is amazing and explains everything that he is doing. I walked around the house with James for about 4 hours and we covered pretty much everything that we could. Because of the hidden defects that James managed to find I am now able to go back tot he sellers and ask for the repairs to be done before purchasing. I would happily recommend James to inspect for you, because he really does care about looking after your investment, and is happy to take follow up questions after the inspection. If I need a home inspector in the future I will definitely use Frontline Home Inspections again, happy in the knowledge that my major purchase is the right one!

    Inspection Report

    James from Frontline was very thourough in his report and had the best interest of my family in mind when completing his work. He provided us with valuable advice on how to address some of the issues which came up as a result of his report and we are very grateful for his attention to details, where he considered both short and long term implications on all aspects of our new home. After reading his report, we felt confident completing the sale of our home. I would recommend James and Frontline to anyone needed a detailed home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    I've now used James from Front Line twice to inspect a potential home purchase. He is extremely knowledgable, thorough and timely in his inspection and report preparation. He adheres strictly to the industry standards and ethics while taking the time to clearly answer any questions his clients may have. At the end of each inspection, I clearly understood the needs and priorities for any work that would be required on the properties.

    Home Inspection

    After reading Frontline's inspections here on Homestars I called James and was immediately impressed. Our initial phone call must have been 20 minutes long, he asked me about the house and told me what we might find in a house of that age, and he discussed his inspection process. When we met to go through the house he was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in detail, he actually taught me a lot about what I can look for when viewing other houses, it was a great education. The report that he emailed to me was excellent, pictures, info, absolutely everything was in the report. I could go on and on about how happy I was with the service provided by James, he really does go above and beyond for his clients, and I highly recommend him to everyone reading this, he's a true professional.

    House inspection

    We used James when considered buyi g a. Older house and we are glad we did. He was very detailed and took time to point out what issues and consequences are present in the house. He also took time to explain severity of problems and made sure we understand. He was worth the money. We couldn't get his services to inspect other property and the level of service and details in report definitely were better compared to other inspector. Thanks James!

    Home Inspection

    Worth every penny, great investment. We are so glad we went with James as our inspector. He was early, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, he was like a 'home owners guide' to our new home. He explained everything, I felt very reassured that our largest lifetime investment was given a thorough inspection. Wonderful home purchasing experience, and we have an extremely detailed report of everything he went over with me in person. Ive recommended him to all my coworkers and friends who are thinking about purchasing a home.

    home inspection

    The best investment that we ever made in home buying was contracting James. We found a beautiful home and were already measuring for how we would place our furnishings whilst James was completing the inspection. James then pointed out a couple of significant issues with the home that we never noticed, ultimately detering us from purchasing. Thank you James, you saved us thousands of dollars and years of trouble.

    2 Home inspections

    James was on time and highly professional. He was very thorough and detailed. His level of knoweldge was incredible and he is exactly the trusted advisor you want by your side. He is a bloodhound for issues and gives direct insight on the problem and potential resolution. He could take Mike Holmes to school. Having worked with mutiple inspections over the years, James is the gold standard. You will sleep well at night knowing exactly what you bought, or more importantly, what money pit you walked away from.

    Home Inspection

    I found my home inspection report (PDF) today, when I clean my email box. Hopefully my review is not too late up to half years already. I could not find any problem rather than his report indicated. As first home buyer, I don't have any experience to find a good inspector. Fortunately, I didn't miss him. I would like to recommend him to my friend if possible.
