I had the absolute pleasure of meeting James for a Home Inspection this week. He did such a thorough job, took his time, explained things to me as he went, and sent a very comprehensive report including pictures once he was finished. He saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. After this weeks experience, my husband and I agree, going forward we will not purchase any property until we've had James inspect it. James Manfron the inspector did a very thorough job on the house we bought last year. His price was better than other inspectors we looked up. He spent at least 3 hours inspecting, and provided a comprehensive report outlining all the deficiencies, none of which were deal-breakers.

James from Frontline Home Inspections was recommended to us and he inspected two homes for us during our home buying experience. We found James extremely professional, thorough, and personable. James makes the home inspection process fun and interesting. He takes the time to explain which issues are considered "typical" and those issues which are more concerning or troubling. He also thoroughly explains how some of the home issues that were discovered could be easily rectified and how to properly maintain your home over time. James's inspection reports are extremely detailed and arrive via e-mail hours after the inspection, so you are able to make an informed decision as quickly as possible about whether or not this is the house for you. James is also very accessible and willing to answer any additional questions or concerns you might have, even after the home inspection is complete. Thanks to James, we were finally able to find the right home for us with minimal issues (and walk away from one house that would have required extensive repairs). We would highly recommend James to anyone and we would definitely use him again during the home buying process. Because James is working for you and has such high standards with regards to home inspections, we know that he will give you an honest opinion about whether or not a home is worth buying!

James conducted an incredibly thorough inspection of my future home. He encouraged questions, gave clear opinions and advice and is very personable. He arrived early for the inspection, took about 3 hours, gave a short verbal report on site and delivered a comprehensive electronic report that night, complete with photographs, observations, comments and internet links. He encouraged me to contact him with any further questions. I believe his fee is the industry average, however his service is priceless. i cannot recommend him highly enough.

Our realtor recommended James from Frontline for us to recently to inspect a house. James was very knowledgeable and pointed out potential issues as well as regular maintenance we should perform. The way he explained things to us during his inspection and his detailed report (which he emailed within the same day) gave us the confident to go ahead with the purchase.

Frontline Home Inspections came recommended to us by our realtor when we were looking for a new home. James came out and walked us through a thorough analysis of the home's condition. Due to James' inspection of our potential purchase, he showed us movement in the shower walls and water stains on the ceiling below. The readings on the moisture reader also showed moisture behind the wall. Due to the potential mould risk, we chose not to purchase the home. James inspected the second home we are currently living in. He went out of his way to come back after we took possession to take a look at some water that was in the basement that was not there upon initial inspection, and give us some suggestions. James did not charge us to come out and take a look this second time. Upon a conversation my wife had with the prior home owner, it turns out that they had emptied a freezer in the basement and this is where the water had come from. We would highly recommend James and Frontline Home Inspections.

James inspected a home for us last week. Upon arriving at our set meeting time, we found him already at work examining the roof and exterior. Right from our initial greetings, we had a good feeling. He was professional but not intimidating, thorough but not overwhelming, and focused but not so concerned about time that he wouldn't stop to explain something in detail or share stories and a great laugh. Frontline left us with an excellent picture of what this fixer-upper truly needs, and opened our eyes to the right way to tackle the projects. Our following report came extremely detailed, and is exactly what we hoped for in terms of a reference package. Frontline was recommended by friends, and we are already singing his praises to people we know. We'll use him again in the future without a doubt. This was my first home inspection. I haven't had any previous companies/people to compare it too. Having said that I would use them again for sure. They made me feel extremely confident in my decision and were extremely patient and explained everything with out cutting corners.

James, the home inspector, provided a very thorough, comprehensive, and informative inspection of the property and promptly provided a very detailed and equally as comprehensive report. I particularly appreciated his use of photographs and diagrams to illustrate his points. James also invited me to call with any further questions and when I did contact him, he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions in detail. James was very thorough, knowledgable and approachable. He actually made the whole proccess a lot of fun:-) We walked away knowing, not only what needed to be addressed right away, but general maintenance we would have to plan for.
