James from Frontline Inspections was responsible for saving us from purchasing a money pit!!! Without his honest, upfront inspection we would never have known of the potentially major repairs needed on the home we had put an offer on. While we were sad to have lost the potential home, we are sooooooo grateful to James for his honesty and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was great at explaining things in an understandable and unbiased manner. He often cited facts and sources of information to back up any findings or potential problems, which we appreciated - knowing it wasn't just an opinion, but it was a tangible fact. I would recommend him to anyone - and we will use him again when we find another house to buy! Thank you so much James!

We are first time homebuyers and were not really sure what to expect from our Home Inspection. We hired James Manfron from Frontline Home Inspections on recommendation from my dear fried Garry to go through it for us and he was great! He was very thorough with the inspection and at the same time was also friendly and patient when we asked lots of questions. He took full three hours to go right from the basement till the attic and even on the roof. He did a great job pointing out problems and explained ways for us to deal with them. He was also a great in explaining us the important parts of caring for our home and keeping it safe. The report he gave us was extensive and we will certainly use it down the road. If you need a home inspection - James Manfron is your man.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable, the amazing detail of the inspection report was invaluable and will help us in fixing up the little things and maintaining our new home properly. James was instrumental in helping us avoid what looked like a great home but was really a money pit. He answered all of my questions and helped me have a better understanding of home safety and things to watch out for. $400 may seem like a big price to pay for a house inspection but was well in line with the other house inspection companies I called, and if it could save you thousands in the long run it is well worth the money.

We had James from Frontline Home Inspections do our home inspection before we bought it. Frontline was recommended by our realtor. He did a great job. He's very thorough and picky, and points out everything potentially wrong. He's also very friendly and fun. He was very helpful in educating us about the things we need to know about our home, being first time home owners. Things like when to turn of the main water line, how often to clean the furnace filter, etc. He left us a very thorough report complete with pictures in PDF format. He also very professional and careful not to create a conflict of interest, but was willing to give us recommendations for businesses like Furnace cleaning if we want his opinion. I'd highly recommend using Frontline Home Inspections.
