    Furnace and Hot water tank

    We had Dan come in to give us an estimate to remove a two furnace and two hot water tank system and reduce it down to a single hot water tank and furnace with a zoning control system. First impression was that Dan seemed more knowledgable and professional than others we had consulted prior. He was very low pressure, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The company was willing to play ball with us to arrive at a price we were comfortable with. Charles and his installation team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He took time to discuss options and give us explanations for the work he was doing. Very happy with Acclaimed.

    A/C Service

    The whole experience was very professional beginning with the initial call to the office to request the service call right to the completion of the service call. Even the need for a quick reschedule on my part was handled politely and professionally. I would not hesitate to request their service again.

    Vent moving to accomodate kitchen renos

    I had to move my fridge to another location in my kitchen, however the only reasonable spot had a vent. I called Acclaimed and booked and appointment for them to take a look. My initial request was to move the vent over (which would mean having to put another hole in the tile. I was given that option, however they stated that I could also put the vent under the cabinet instead and close off the original one which would cost less and not break any tiles. I had never even thought of this option and was delighted. They came by on the date the booked, and charged the quoted amount. No hassle at all. I really enjoyed using Acclaimed's services and will reuse them again in the future.

    A/C Installation

    Dan K. was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured to avail their services right away. He took his time to educate us on what should we be doing and what to expect when we get our A/C installed. He did not "bad-mouthed" any other companies just to get our business. Instead, he focused on explaining his own products and gave us a very good explanation on the differences of the units that they sell. He was also easy to talk to and deal with. The guys who installed our A/C did a very good job as well. I am very pleased with this company and their service. Keep up the good work!!

    Furnace and Air Conditioning replacement

    From the quote to installation. It was amazing, professional and properly done. Dan Kacew was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure that I understand all the pros and cons of buying a new furnace/AC. Explained everything to the smallest details. I would 100% recommend Dan to anyone who is looking for a professional/knowledgeable person to help them with making a proper decisions regarding the furnace and or air conditioning replacement. Make sure to call Dan and Acclaimed. Great company to deal with!

    A/C installation

    Upon deciding that I wanted A/C in my home. Thankfully, through extensive research, I found Acclaimed. Dan K. (my sales rep.) came to my home to evaluate the equipment that I would need. He was never pushy, was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a few quotes from other HVAC companies and Acclaimed was very competitive. Once I gave Dan K. the go ahead, he was very thorough at explaining the process and the time frame in which things would take. Every employee, at Acclaimed, that I have had the pleasure of speaking/meeting with were all very polite and professional. The installation took two days. The technicians (Charles and Jan) did a fantastic job. Not once did I feel that they were rushing through the install. They really took their time to ensure it was done right, the first time. They were always happy to answer any questions that I had and even showed me things as the installation progressed. They were completely respectful of my home and did a great job of cleaning up. I will be using them for all my future maintenances. I would highly recommend Acclaimed to anyone with HVAC needs. Thanks Guys!! Jim

    New AC Great from beginning to end!

    We recently moved into a new home last year, one of our mission for the spring was to get AC installed. Where to begin...went to the Edmonton Spring home show where we visited many booths that offered AC. Booked about 5 quotes. After meeting Dan Kacew we knew Acclaimed was different than all the other companies we received quotes from. First if a company doesn't come to your house to provide a quote they are unable to provide an accurate quote based on your needs. When we met with Dan he was able to answer all our questions. One thing that was different was Dan wasn't trying to get our business by bad mouthing other companies, their product and company sells it's self a true sign of confidence. It's one thing to get your AC installed but afterwards you want a company with good customer service. We have had to make a few called regarding inquiries and the service has been great each time! I trust Acclaimed and highly recommend! And if you can Dan was great ask for him, a real pleasure to work with!

    Furnace Cleaning

    Great work by Kevin and Connor, they were very professional and great at their job. I would recommend Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning to anyone looking to have their furnace cleaned, they found items in our furnace from the build 16 years ago that other Furnace cleaning companies did not over the years.

    Hvac install plus power vented hot water tank

    I had 6 quotes and businesses to choose from. Dan from Acclaimed was the most knowledgeable and able to present the facts without appearing pushy. Dan presented the Trane AC/HVAC product line, these quality products spoke for themselves,but wanted to do more to attract my business. Dan was able to rework price and terms satisfactory to me. The install was completed. The two installers named Adam were very skillful, clean, pleasant and as obsessive about a great install as I was. Thanks Acclaimed!

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    I would not hesitate to recommend Acclaimed to anyone who is looking for a furnace and/or air conditioner. Dan was great to work with, answered all of our questions and provided us with appropriate and affordable options for our house. He followed up after the install to make sure everything went smoothly and hand delivered the winter cover for the air conditioner himself. We own multiple properties and will definitely be using Acclaimed again in the future.
