Hello! We are so sorry that you feel the quote that you were provided was not fair! We try our best to be upfront and transparent with our pricing, and will never quote an exact price if we are not certain how many vents are on site as the total will change based off of this information. We would love to discuss this further with you, if you can please call into our office and ask to speak with one of our managers - we can pull up the original booking phone call and see where we went wrong, and use this as training for our team.
