    air conditioning

    Acclaimed! installed air conditioning in my house two weeks ago (and I love it!!). The installation was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The installers were extremely polite and took care to clean up any mess that was created during the install. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the operation of my air conditioning unit upon completion. Acclaimed! was great to deal with from beginning to end; I highly recommend their services.

    2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners, humidifier install

    Recommended equipment and cost was reasonable. The fellows who did the installation were professional, neat and courteous. They took the time to show me how the equipment worked. Would definitely recommend them

    Purchase & install of TWO air conditioners

    We called Acclaimed to install TWO air conditioners in our home ( new reno, have two furnaces). Due to our reno, it was a more complicated install. Keven came out quickly, assessed how best to install the A/Cs and gave us a quote with picture of where the A/Cs would go. The installers were professional and knowledgable and we had a cool house within short order. We love our new A/C and would most definitely recommend Acclaimed! to anyone.

    A/C and Furnace

    Acclaimed installed a new air conditioning system, a new humidifier, and replaced our old furnace recently. Additionally, we have a new internet accessible thermostat that we can change our thermostat from anywhere around the world. We are extremely happy with the end result. The team was professional and polite. They left our place sparkling clean and tidy. Keven, the owner of the company, is honest and responsive. He always responded to my email or phone promptly when I had questions. I highly recommend this company.

    Furnace and A/C

    The following words come to mind regarding our experience dealing with Keven at Acclaimed….honest, dependable, efficient and thorough. We recently had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced by Acclaimed and are very happy with their service. Their work is truly first rate! All of our questions were answered thoroughly and explained clearly, and any concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. They truly treat their customers the way they want to be treated. We have nothing but very positive things to say about Keven and his crew, and would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

    furnacace

    furnace installation went well the following year, the furnace cleaning was double the cost of other places and did not include advertised checks they could improve their checks with the advert

In terms of double the price of competitors, all I can say that frequently, the old saying "you get what you pay for", rings true.     furnace replacement

    The staff of Acclaimed made my furnace replacement so easy. They were extremely helpful and very professional. If you are in the market for a new furnace or furnace cleaning all i can say is if you used Acclaimed you will not be disappointed.. Awesome Job. Thanks Al and staff

    Duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and repair

    This company provided a fast and thorough job for me today. Both technicians were friendly and courteous which I so appreciated on such a cold day. They easily earned ten stars!

    Furnace/Duct Cleaning

    Appt was for Saturday 7:30am. Called a few days before to confirm appt time and date was still good to go. Day of appt, the technician didn't show up till 10:30am. Not his fault I guess, he said the computer generated 2 appts both for 7:30am. But even then, a phone call would of been nice to let me know he would be late instead of me waiting around for 3 hours. The technician that arrived though was very friendly, did a great job of cleaning the ducts and furnace and provided me with alot of information and tips since I was a first time home owner. I've left voicemails the day of the appt explaining about the tech being extremely late but no one has contacted me yet on any sort of resolution or apology to make this right. In my eyes customer service/satisfaction is #1 and I am not 100% satisfied. Not sure if I would use them again or not yet at this point. Time will tell and I will give them an opportunity to correct this.

When the office got your message on Monday they understood that your situation was resolved as your message was looking for the technician and we understood that he was late but arrived. In the office we have just had a discussion on best practices going forward with messages that are left and understand that regardless if we understand the question has been answered we must follow up to confirm you are satisfied. Customer service is a top priority for us, and we hire only the great people who recognize that. Glad to hear that when the technician arrived he gave you good customer service. We did go over yesterday with him the importance of keeping our customers in the loop on arrival times, as your time is most valuable, which we do not take for granted.     central air conditioning installed

    what a great job very professional team of people I had 5 other companies that had high ratings on here quote our project and they must of rated themselves and I cannot understand why acclaimed does not have a rating of 10 great service,price and installation an all around excellent experience from the quote to the install do yourself a favour and give the folks at acclaimed a chance to earn your business you will not regret it
