Amazing selection and fantastic service. The people are very friendly and helpful. They are just sooo busy! Thats because they are really great. Sales they have on fixtures are really great too. Will totally use them again and have already referred friends.

Tony spent a lot of time with us and made great suggestions on the lighting fixture for our foyer. The installation was done very efficiently and clean up was excellent. All friends we have recommneded have had a simulsr exprerience with Cartwright.

Tony was absolutely fantastic in guiding me thru the maze of light fixtures. He was super patient and knowledgeable. By the end of the process we were totally delighted and pleased with our selection!

I have purchased three items at this store over the past year (floor lamp, hanging lights and bathroom lights) and each items was either defective, missing parts or damaged. Each time I have had to either return it or wait for replacement parts. I have found it exhausting and time consuming shopping at this store. Their service is mediocre at best - no one asks you if you want help or assistance. I won't shop here ever again as I've given them enough opportunity to determine that their business is not for me.

I was pleased with the level of selection and service from Cartwright. There was a large amout of lighting that was sale priced, this kept the costs lower and the quality higher. The sales rep was very helpful to us. I recomend this buisness.

They have great staff that are very helpful and knowledgable. Helped me to find exactly what I wanted. Only drawback is you always have to wait to be served. More customers than staff can serve quickly on weekends.

Our builder works with Cartwright Lighting and we were instructed to make our light selections here. The service we received was ok. Our consultant was helpful with our choices, but seemed hurried. Appointments are made so that we can have the undivided attention of a consultant, however, it seemed like she was working on 10 other projects at the same time and could not have us out of there soon enough.

We went to Cartwright lighting based on a recommendation. When we arrived, we were happy to find out that they were having a sale. We chose 6 vanity lights of varying size and price. The service was good until we wanted to see the lights prior to purchasing them. They opened each box and checked them very quickly, then resealed them and commented that they were all fine. We went home and noticed 2 fixtures had noticeable surface scratches and one glass globe was chipped. We brought them back only to get poor service. One was a discontinued item, so we were forced to go home with our original scratched item, because the only alternative was the damaged floor model. For the other one, we went through 2 boxes, all with slight flaws. Then the salesperson said she was only going to open one more box. Basically, even if it was damaged, she was not going to search for a proper one. She even went so far as to say, "well, it was on sale". It was disappointing to get such poor service from a high end place like this. Even if an item is on sale, I expect to get it in perfect condition. I would not pay any amount for a light fixture that is damaged. I would never shop there again.

Cartwright Lighting has good deals that come up and if you are needing a bunch of lighting done, it's good to visit the store periodically as the store rotates its sale items, so you can land something that wasn't on sale previously. Note, if you have to order something, it may not come in when promised. The install was pretty good, except making sure they wipe down the fixtures from finger prints (especially the hard to reach ones) and ensure it's all clean. They will replace parts if they come broken or missing.

If you want their help choosing the product be aware! We were hoping that we could get a good advice on which light fixture to choose for a certain areas in the house. We listened and got light fixtures which are totally worthless. Not only that it is very difficult to change the bulb because it is very high and the fixture is very complicated to remove, but the bulbs burn fast and they each cost over $7. When we returned some of the fixtures we had to pay restocking fee and the service was not friendly at all.
