They informed me 30 days after I purchased the fixtures that the they were out of stock.. so pick another fixture and wait another 6-8 weeks...maybe disorganized and way over priced example:Aladdin Light Lift ALL200 - Standard Mount 200 sells for $1570.14 on their website You can buy in online for $604.00 delivered for $800.00 USD Google it if you have any doubts bottom line: service, product and price is what makes any company successful they failed on all three! save your time and money look elsewhere

When our home was destroyed by fire, we had to rebuild which was very expensive and many of the items were not covered by insurance. The finishing touches are very important so I was searching for nice feature lighting, ie, chandeliers and hallway fixtures at a good price. I looked at many stores and when I went to Cartwright, they had so many excellent sales on really nice chandeliers. I couldn't believe the value. Some were listed over $1000 retail suggested price and I bought them for around $100 each. Of course, these were clearance prices and some were one of a kind floor models, but they still look really nice in my home and I saved several thousands of dollars. You also have to sometimes make a couple of trips to see what is on sale but it was really worth it.

It was easy to arrange meetings with Cartwright, they were extreamly helpfull with the selections, and increadiably accomodation to order changes. Prices were provided immediately. One of the best suppliers we worked with on our house project.

I was very happy with Cartwright Lighting after having a bad experience with Home Depot. I had bought new lights from Home Depot and when my contractor went to install them, three sets did not work! I was nonsense to box them back up and return them to the store which cost me extra time for the contractor. Cartwright however was excellent when I went to the store for new lights. The designs were much more pleasant that what Home Depot had plus they opened the boxes and made sure the lights worked and that everything was in the box. I will not use another store for lighting again. Worth a visit as their stock and customer service is a pleasure.

We went to the showroom to look for a bathroom light. it was amazing what a showroom. We had help from a wonderful lady who knew her stuff. She helped us pick a wonderful bath light that would fit the space perfectly. It had to be back ordered and we paid a deposit, then waited for them to call us about it being in. Since they didn't call we called them, and it was in the shop. I'm not sure how long it had been sitting there, but they said it would be a month and we called on the month date, so it was there on time as promised. The light and all the attachements required were in the box.

When we built our new home we were provided an allowance for lighting at Cartwright. We were very happy that we were able to light our entire home within the budgeted amount without having to compromise on the lights that we wanted. Very affordable and great style.

mmm... I have two comments, customer services and delivery... Customer Services: great services, a lot of options and nice product, not complaint about it now, delivery: awful, I got my home done in December but I got the light feature for the half bathroom and main bathroom 6 months after (June), I am not sure who was the responsible (builder or supplier) for the delay but the first time (around March), the brought the wrong light 2 features with 3 light instead of 3 features with 2 lights each.

Had a product we loved. We needed to install it right away as we were opening our doors the next day. They took down our light fixture right away and we love it! Thank you for your quick and helpful service.

Selection in store was amazing and there were a variety of styles available. I think it took me over an hour to see all the fixtures and make my selection. There were also a variety of prices to fit every budget. I would have appreciated more help by the staff but they seemed busy with other customers at private tables, but I was able to ask the people at the front desk questions. I appreciated that the boxes were opened and all the light fixtures were checked for breaks, etc. I wouldn't have enjoyed driving back to make a return as I don't live near this store. The staff also offered to help carry my boxes out to my car and that was appreciated as well. Will definitely return due to the selection and variety of price points.

This place is extremely busy, but has great selection. Getting an appointment on a Saturday or after 6 on a weeknight is a must, but be sure to call well in advance to get an appointment as they book up very quickly. They have a great selection of drinks to enjoy to supplement your shopping experience, which is great for keeping husbands happy! I wasn't thrilled with the first customer service rep who helped me, but on subsequent visits found some great help.
