Please be careful with this company His job was not good enough and They do not finish the job If you pay before finishing I called several times but they didnt answer and come to finish the job Please be careful

I needed to replace a toilet supply pipe with a new flexible supply pipe that I provided to stop a slow leak in the old pipe. On the bright side, the assigned Plumber Christian, was professional, courteous, friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. He contacted me stating the time when he would be available and showed up on time. He assessed the issue and performed the repair all very quickly. On the dark side no one answers the phone at the office although I called about a dozen times and one is forced to leave a voicemail and you have to wait for their plumber to get back to you. So although I would definitely use them for non-emergency issues, I would hesitate to use them in case of an emergency. The company labour cost only for replacing the flexible toilet supply pipe was $320 which is about 30% higher than the competition. But for me the important factor was a good plumber like Christian so I did not mind the higher price.

This is the most corrupt company around and the owner Mitch cuts corners and carriers out his work without any care for the plumbing code Left me with no sink for 2 weeks saying he had to get parts and then took my deposit and never returned

We had an emergency where the pipe above the hot water tank burst. We called and were told the Plummer would arrive within 45 mins. However, Plummer said urgency delay he will be late for 2 hrs; two hours later: he said another 2-3 hours; and after that: I called the Plummer Aaron, he said he was just about to leave and would text me ETA once he punch in the address. That was 7 pm already!! We got a full basement water leaking. 10 mins later he texted and he will be another 1-2 hrs late. This is just ridiculous and very unprofessional! I would not recommend this company nor this type of service to anyone.

Had a Clogged kitchen drain . I Called local plumbers for help with kitchen sink. These guys were professional, clean and reasonably priced. I would Highly recommend Royal Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Plugged up kitchen drain, holiday week. Matthew fixed its same day that I called. He was courteous (wore mask entire time) and efficient. Would certainly call him again. Cost was eminently reasonable.

It was a tougher than usual job due to calcification and it was too difficult to remove shower handle to do it myself - that's why I called in a pro.... so glad I did. Very old house, 1890s, so not as straightforward as hoped, but Matt soldiered on and was ultimately successful without having to rip out the whole fitting... and other tenants were able to shower in time for work... thanks Matt!

great service and great person Matt came over replace the pipes with brand new copper and replaced the shower nob keep up the good work ethic and nice to chat with him and learn a couple things. Cheers!

I had an issue on Saturday and called Mark. He responded to me right away and asked a few questions. It was not an emergency, and on Monday he reached our right away to get the repair completed. I had a leaky outdoor faucet and he noticed that the entire faucet had to be replaced which required basement access. He quickly accessed the problem and had all the right equipment to get it done in a quick manner. Mark is very professional, had the proper PPE (COVID19), organized and patient. I would recommend Mark in a heartbeat. I will definitely keep his number moving forward for any potential plumbing issues.

Flavio did an amazing job repairing our under mount kitchen sink....He was knowledgeable and promote and cleaned the kitchen floor when he was done...which was a real bonus! I would highly recommend Royal Plumbing to all family and friends.
