    Sewer plugged

    We have a fairly good size home and never use the basement unless for washing cloths. I went down early morning to start a load of laundry but stepped in 2 inches of water. Immediately i check for plumbers, found royal plumbing being local company called them. Plumbers came out quickly to check my basement water. Plumbers told me it was sewage water not clean water. Plumber checked a way to put a big snake in pipe to clean out pipes. Plumbers said maybe you have a small problem. He showed problem on camera and it was roots. Mark told me he recommended to replace a small section to correct this problem, and so i did. Mark put a tarp down and by the end of the day all was good but clean! Thanks mark and paul.

    Basement Flood

    I went online to look for plumbers because my basement was flooded with water. I found Royal Plumbing and called to see if I could get emergency help right away. Thank God someone answered the phone. They requested my information and told me they would be less then 1 hour, after I explained that my basement was flooded. Royal Plumbing told me to relax because someone was on their way to look at my problem. George and Mark showed up in less then 1 hour. What a relief! The plumbers checked my basement and told me my drain was backing up causing the flooding waters. They looked around and found something on the wall. They requested if they could open up the wall and check the main drain line. I said of course! George and Mark told me my drain was plugged and will need a snake machine. They went out to the truck and brought in a big machine to start putting cables inside my pipe. They started the machine and within 5 minutes they were done. I said, "really? What a relief!" They told me there were wipes that they pulled out. This was caused by my young kids flushing them down the toilet. I really want to thank George and Mark for all their great work and speedy response. George and Mark also cleaned up my basement like new. They left the windows open to bring in fresh air to dry out the basement. Thank you again for being so kind and professional. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    Drain Clearance

    Mark showed up within an hour of my phone call. He was polite (took his shoes off), pleasant, friendly and helpful. He immediately identified the problem as being in the main line and proceeded to fix the blockage by popping the toilet off and snaking the main line. All this occurred in very timely and efficient manner. I was very impressed. Thank you Mark.

    Clearing kitchen sink blockage and replacing corroded pipes

    Good news and bad news. Bad first. I telephoned Royal Plumbing on a weekday morning after 9 am. Tinny canned music followed by someone who answered as if he had just woken up. I explained the problem; he said someone would call; I asked when; he answered "soon". Not encouraging, I thought. I waited a couple of hours then booked an appointment with another company. Called Royal to cancel my request. A few minutes later, Mark called to clarify address. After a short conversation, I cancelled the request made to the other company and Mark arrived later that day. Now the good news. Mark was prompt, efficient and courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We were very happy with the service he provided. Things worked out well despite the bad start.

    Sewer backup

    I had a sewer back up and I looked Plumbing companies on yellowpages. Two were too busy to show up but Royal Plumbing services came to my house right away and fixed the problem . They also cleaned up which was great .

    Sump pump repair

    I was looking online for plumbing companies and came across Royal Plumbing. Me and my wife said let's give them a call. We requested some information before hiring Royal Plumbing, they were very helpful and explained it may be a simple fix. They explained to us the panel breaker may of been tripped. We said well we never did check that and told Royal Plumbing we would check to confirm if that was the issue. We did call Royal Plumbing back to thank them for their assistance over the phone and saving us money. We would highly recommend Royal Plumbing for thaking the time to walk us through a simple fix. Again we would highly recommend Royal Plumbing. Thank you guys. Frank

    Waste stack / Pipe in basement and other fixes

    I called royal on a thursday eve and they arrived at my home friday morning. We were having back up issues with most of our drains (mainly sink and shower) and a recent inspection report listed the waste pipe as needing to be replaced. They replaced the waste stack as well as snaked a few drains that were backed up. I was worried about the mess that was made with the old waste stack but they did a great job cleaning up. They even installed a new sink drain to ensure there were no other issues with our bathroom sink... They had to remove the actual sink and re-seal it, and did a great job. The part they used for the sink drain actually looks better then the intial install. Anyway I was impressed with the service and overall cost would definitely recommend Royal for any plumbing job.

    Fix shower

    Twice we contacted them. First time no show no call. Accepted apologies. Booked with George for first in morning. Took of work. No call no show. Will request condo board no more recommend. 360 condos.

    water coming out of my floor drain

    I woke up this morning and my basement floor was wet. Noticed dirty water is coming out of my floor drain. I called royal right away panicked. They response fast, calm me down and instructed me what to do while they're on their way. George showed up with Mark, with tools ready in their hands went straight to the basement and did the work. I gotta say Im impressed how fast they've moved and how polite they were. Price was fair. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Royal

    leak in ceiling

    I had a bad leak in my dinning room ceiling. I was hesitant to call a plumbing company due to bad past experiences. I called royal plumbing on recomondations of friends. Mark came to my door, he was very polite he investigated the problem and gave me a price before starting any work. He opened up my ceiling and replaced the broken pipe from my shower. He explained to me all the work he did and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitly recomend mark and royal plumbing i was very happy with there service
