System didn't work all that well. Telsco kept sending their very excellent technician to troubleshoot- to no avail. Not only did Telsco not charge me the upgrade fee for as long as it took to fix, they replaced the entire system- no cost to me. The office response was amazing and their technician was his usual amazing self when he came to install the new system. Telsco Security has a customer for life. I just wanted to commend the two techs that were at my place installing the alarm system. They were professional, courteous and kept cleaning as they went. I wish there were more companies who had these kind of employees. They were patient in the training and seemed to be in no hurry and made sure that I understood everything before they left. We had an existing TELSCO wired security system installed five years ago by the builder, and decided to upgrade the system with cell phone control. The sales are professional, and they did not push you sign the contract. They finished the upgrade installation in two hours, and the technician also spent one hour on training how to use the new system. When I have questions, they answered it right away. The sales, custom service and technical support are all great. We are happy with the service TELSCO provided.Answer from pro:

Telsco customer service was excellent understanding and accommodating my specific security needs. Installer was on time, clean, and thorough. Given the complex nature of my install, the technician did not hesitate to ensure every aspect of my install was exactly as promised. The system has worked perfectly since install, which is worth its weight in gold, and the fact that the monthly rate is less that my previous provider with only a 1 year contract is just icing on the cake. Highly recommend Telsco to anyone considering home security.Answer from pro:

Lots of miscommunications between customer and the office. I think they would be great if someone would step it up in the office. It is very frustrating as a consumer; however, the technician who came to do work worked quickly and efficiently.Answer from pro:

Was very impress from the first day with our rep explaining the different options. Was not pressured to purchase, was left with things to look over and even told to compare with what others offered. Installation took about 2 hours, but no complaints, as it was all done carefully with no damage to my house. The equipment is a bit more expensive than some companies, but the service makes up for it. I have called or e-mailed questions or concerns and they were answered promptly. And the monitoring is all local so that puts my mind at ease. I'm monitored for flooding, carbon monoxide and fire as well. Very happy to be a Telsco customerReview from HomeOwner HomeOwner

Telsco is our fourth security company. They did not do the initial install but updated and now monitor our household. We are very satisfied with their service and will keep them as our provider. We would also recommend them to others.
