Had problems with my gutters and was unsure what was wrong beyond what I could see. You guys came and figured out what was wrong and fixed it very fast, and very well. Will be calling again !

Chad from Northshore Homeservices actually made my home sparkle with the window washing , gutters, patio washing and power washing of cement I'm impressed and will use this company again !

North shore home services cleaned gutters and skylights on our home and did several of our neighbours as well. We were very happy with the cleaning and Daniel was very easy to communicate with before the job!

Great company. We decided to bring on North Shore Home Services Ltd. to take care of our gutter cleaning, repairs and window washing for our 21 unit self-managed townhouse strata complex. I was impressed all the way through, starting with the outstanding customer service I received from Matheus at their main office, all the way through to the technicians that completed the work. The owner/general manager even made a point of coming down to our site to ensure our estimates were solid since we were having so much work done all at once. They all went beyond the call of duty for us. All of the technicians that were sent out were very skilled and knowledgeable had many years of experience under their belts. They also showed up on time and were very professional. We will definitely be calling North Shore Home Services our new preferred contractor going forward! Great service all around!

I had an impossibly high, steep aluminum roof that had never been cleaned in 13 years because I couldn't do it myself nor could I find anyone on the Sunshine Coast to do it. So North Shore Home Services came over (by ferry) and did a fabulous job -- the roof is now pristine. I had very courteous service and was always kept in the know about dates and times, plus the workman sent photos (before and after) as the job was progressing, because I was not present. Very happy with this company and the results they delivered. Their enthusiasm was catching!

Thanks for the great job on replacing my snow-damaged gutter! You guys did awesome! It was so nice to come home (in absolute torrential downpour!) and see everything working so well. I'll be calling you guys again!

North Shore Home Services did an excellent job for our Strata and thoroughly cleaned out the gutters and downspouts in a most professional manner. Waste disposed of in garden bed and the rest in heavy bags left for me to deal with; cigarette butts hidden in hedge and nerve to insist it wasn't them. Workers seen by neighbours spending alot of time chatting instead of working while I was paying by the hour. Charged my credit card without first checking with me or if I was satisfied with the work.

Ryan and Adel did a thorough and competent job of washing interior and exterior windows and clearing the roof and gutters of debris. I noticed Ryan was especially careful around the window coverings and furniture, to keep them clean. Have used North Shore Home Services for many years.

Had to get the gutters cleaned in Vancouver at my aunt's place. It was getting pretty annoying but thanks to North Shore Home Services, we had it cleaned pretty quickly. Decent enough quote and professional work. Much thanks!
