Definitely do not use this company. The door was intially delivered 3 weeks late and rejected on site for poor quality. Door Express subsequently claimed they were just showing me the state of progress of door and had temporary door in van, even though the driver had no knowledge of temp door and no one called in advance to let me know that a temp door was being delivered until custom-ordered door was finished. The finished door was delivered another two weeks later and still required substantive effort on my side to finish (removing planer marks, glue on wood, silicon on wood) door to stain grade quality despite product information clearly stating that this should not have been the case. I can go on and on with examples that illustrate this company's deceitfulness and complete absence of professional integrity. In short, dealing with Door Express was by far the worst customer experience I've ever experienced.

The front door was an engineered Fir door with a wood block core construction with a veneer that you can paint or stain. It had 3 wood panels, a dentil shelf and and 6 small bevelled glass windows in the upper third. It was a beautiful looking door, especially once we put a darker stain on it. $875 + taxes. The exterior fibreglass garage door was a simple design with 6 panels, solid, heavy and already primed. $225 + taxes. Anna was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very professional. I'd highly recommend them!

I would have to agree with the other review. STAY AWAY. When you go to there shop they will show you doors they make but they fail to tell you that the doors you purchased may come from CHINA. And that you will have to wait for a long time for. Door Express was suppose to wait for us to give them final measurements but the doors were made before that. They even noted on their end to wait for measurement. So there way of fixing it was advising me I had to buy a whole new set of doors. I said no way. It wasn't even my fault but I did agree to pay for 1/2. Which was more than generous. Also, the first shipment of doors came with missing screws for the hinges . I find them very sloppy and are very poor in customer service.

The customer service was extremely poor. The doors were the wrong size. The made no amends and told me to rent a chain saw. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
