window instalation
I think the windows look wonderful. However, one opens in the wrong direction. Hope we don't have a fire, won't be able to get out that window to the garage roof. We also asked for one of the windows to be frosted but it wasn't.

Entry door replacement
Denis showed us many door options during our meeting. After about a week 2 guys came to install the door. Took a couple of hours to install the new door. The opening had a damage which required extra time to fix. Dave mentioned it and fixed without extra charge. After they finished, they cleaned up all the mess and left the entrance clean. We love how the new door looks. Will recommend. Thnks!

patio door
I had a patio door installed by loyal seal on Oct 31, 2016. First problem is a DRAFT coming in at the bottom left of the door. The 2nd was the poor workmanship, the caulking job had the spray foam burst out of it. In picture 3 you see instead of making it look nice and covering the old caulking he joined it with the old one making it look crappy. This is done on both sides of the door. Picture 2 has a view of gap size which is at both ends, picture 1 shows how it goes from a gap(pic 2) on the left to tight in the middle to gap at the end. probably why the door is not a smooth opening door and maybe the reason for the draft. After notifying loyal seal with pictures they were helpful, the guy came back and redid the caulking a couple days later. The Installer said the door looks fine he'll have to report to his supervisor about the draft and they will talk to the manufacturer and let me know.... I called them back after a week they didn't know what I was talking about. They say they will get back to me and they did, they said someone from the manufacturer will call me within a week. It is 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for a call. I've called loyal seal twice after that leaving my info and still no call returned 3 months later. But makes sense I've already paid for the door so why would they call me back right.

Doors and Windows

Front door replacement
I must say that this was the best choice I made to replace my door with this company. The owners and installers are very professional and the cost is beyond reasonable. I would strongly recommend "Loyal Seal" to anyone who needs a dependable company they can trust. Also they left my home spotless after the job was done. Thank you guys! Way to go.

Steel insulated door is great
Great work installing steel insulated door on my townhouse. It is sealed well and I now hope to bring my heating bills down. Thank you very much for your good service.

replaced all windows (16) and a patio door
When checking with BBB and online, there we no negative remarks and the company checked out on their certifications. From the start, we found Leo, the sale rep to be forthright and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and concerns about the installation. He was the only rep of the companies we interviewed that had an effective demo of the efficiency of the windows. The installation was on time and very professionally carried out. We would personally highly recommend Udi for the installation as he was very thorough doing each window brick-to-brick with sufficient insulation to ensure effectiveness of the seal. In addition, he cleaned up the area inside and outside and completed the work on time as per his estimate. We highly recommend Loyal Seal especially Leo and Udi and a huge thanks to the production team.

They did a good job, Jacob was very friendly sales person and he knows what he is doing, I love to do business w him. The installer was good and also did good job
