Side door for garage and side window for garage
Out original door for the garage was made of wood , cracking and falling apart. This company provided us with a fantastic door. This door is almost indestructible. In a beautiful blue . The installer was on time, Clean and quite . All our neighbors walk by and stop just to see how clean and new our door looks . Thanks for the amazing service

Window replacement
Loyal Seal had replaced my patio door a couple of years ago and it was high quality and made a difference in the heating of the room. When I needed to replace all my windows I immediately reached out to Loyal Seal. Im very pleased with the end result. The quality and look of the windows is excellent. The installers were efficient, respectful, and very professional. They did all the work in one day. I highly recommend this company.

The difference!
Much more light. Direct vision through the windows. Now, 21°C seems like 24°C; it's so much warmer in the house, my floors included. The guys were polite, efficient, cleaned-up afterwards. We changed all of our 10 windows.

Worst customer service
I would give them ZERO rating if available. Installer broke one window and is not covered by company. Please stay away from this company. Bad quality warranty is not valid extremely poor customer service Waiting for repairs for a year without any results During the installation broke one of the window and they are not covering the replacement. Mistake we made was, we paid them full and trusted that they will replace the broken window, as installer said that he already took measurements and we will replace this within week and its been 3 months. Hard to get hold of them. Today they just refused to replace that they don't have any proof that this was broken by their installer. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY

We did not replace or change the window you have a crack on and you are just looking to get free staff. It is unfortunate but totally your choice. You have a cracked glass (that Loyal Seal Windows and Doors did not replace nor touched). You have been trying to blame the company for some damage that we have nothing to do with. This was the reply on Google and will remain the same no matter where you post lies. No matter how many times you will lie, it will not make it true. Please note, read terms of agreement #19 - if you post false reviews on the company, it will cancel your warranty on the products that were installed in your house. Kindly rethink on venting on social media.

Terrible Customer Service
Numerous emails sent and phone messages (talked to them) and zero follow up. They were even at our neighbors and didnt bother to come and look at our issue. Stay away from this company.

Door & Window Renovation
We had a great experience with the renovations done to the house! The workers were very professional, and went above and beyond to complete the job properly. They cleaned up afterwards, made sure everything worked, and kept the house tidy. The doors and windows look AMAZING, just as described! We would definitely recommend this company to family/friends, and anyone reading this comment.

Our New Door Looks Great!!!
We are extremely happy with the new door the Loyal Seal team installed. They were very professional, measuring to specifications and they also disposed of our original door. It looks great.

Patio door installation
I needed a new patio door. The company promptly sent somebody to give me a quote. After a week the installation technicians came and did a great job. Very professional, keep up the same good attitude. Thank you!
