I purchased my front entry door on March 23, 2022 and the installation was done on May 9, 2022 as expected (6 - 7 weeks lead time). The two installers came on time and were very friendly, they got work done in 1.5 hours and cleaned the work area. They also gave me a small touch up pen in case there is scatch on the door. It is beautiful and great so far. Given that some people mentioned about color or quality in a later time, I will come back in two years to comment on the door's quality. Mei

Ian (sales) was very knowledgeable about his products and clearly explained all processes and options I had available to me. He uses a friendly, no-pressure approach to help guide you to making the best decisions for your home and budget. Ian was recommended by a neighbor - I'm glad I called him directly. Udi (installation) was terrific. He installed and finished (trim/caulking) all of my windows by himself in about 10 hours. He certainly showed the skill of 25 years of installation experience. Udi kept work areas inside and outside clean and was very willing to answer questions as he was working. He was very friendly and professional, and a pleasure to have doing my installation. I will definitely recommend Loyal Seal Windows and Doors Inc. to anyone who asks me about home window replacement.

Our first two (2) orders of 2 doors and 1 small kitchen window were done properly. The 3rd (front door and window; cost $8,300) were not only delayed but we had tremndous difficulties contacting our salesman and the company. Without my knowledge, the salesman disappeared (out of the country on an emergency) and it took me 5 calls to the company without any response. The persons who answered were: 1. telephone service 2. Receptionist who had no idea what I was talking about. I sent an e-mail, no response. The door installer that the saleman recommended won't call and I only learned he won't be available to install the door when I called him a day before the door delivery. Also his installation cost went up from $500 to $550 to $600; every time I talked to him, knowing I was in a bind, the price kept on going up.

Couldn't be more satisfied with your services. You responded promptly to my request for quotation. The fellow who came to assess, quote, and measure was very courteous and professional, as was the installer who came later. The turnaround on the custom-sized door was very fast. The installation was perfect and the quality of the door is excellent. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that does first-rate work from start to finish.

Loyal Seal were professional, good service, workman ship was great & price was reasonable. Love our new windows and the front door is classy!! The Curb Appeal will bring great value to our home.

Loyal Seal attempted to discredit our review by suggesting we are not a client. We are infact a client. They have threatened us with legal action. But the truth of the matter remains evident in our review. We have taken our own legal steps to deal with their threatening letter. Short review – stay away. Loyal Seal has no integrity and either use poor installers or use poorly manufactured products, or both. Full review - We purchased a sliding door plus installation from Loyal Seal in May 2018. In May 2021, we found that the weather-stripping that seals the glass to the frame was coming apart and sagging. We contacting Loyal Seal to arrange for repair and they directed us to the manufacturer for repair. The manufacturer (will remain nameless for now) advised they will charge $200 to come fix it. Our contract with Loyal Seal indicates lifetime warranty. Period. It does not state that labour will be charged. So we contacted Loyal Seal to confirm this inconsistency with the contract. They agreed a fee was needed even though our contract said otherwise. We allowed them several attempts to explain to us where our contract indicates that we are to pay anything. After multiple attempts, Angela from Loyal Seal sent us a sample contract they use now (in 2021) stating that labour is charged at a rate of $200. The only contract that matters is the one we signed in 2018. The fact that Loyal seal have altered their current contract is irrelevant. However, Loyal Seal will not honour their contract with us. In fact, my brother called them in my absence and was told by Angela that Loyal Seal will do nothing and we should take them to small claims court if we have a problem with that. Imagine that, they would rather be sued than honour their own contract. The door is coming apart after 3 years. You decide if this is a well built product and a company you want to buy from. Is it reasonable to charge 10% of the total cost of a double sliding door to fix 2 inches of weather stripping? They play on the consumer since $200 is not enough to warrant your time and expense to take them to court. Loyal Seal is unabashedly unprofessional, lack integrity and through experience, offer poor products. Loyal Seal will undoubtedly have some excuse or comeback to this review. So I have kept all correspondence with them and the manufacturer to be shared with anyone to prove everything noted above and highlight what kind of company this is. We emphasize that this review is strictly for Loyal Seal. While we are not happy with the quality of the door and with the fact that manufacturer wants to charge us for repair, our contract is with Loyal Seal only. We are considering a review for the manufacturer separately at this stage.

When you purchased our home last year, the home inspector recommended replacing the basement windows as the time. We had a neighbor recommend Loyal Seal Windows and Doors. We are satisfied with the work and the quality of the windows. We shall definitely deal with them again in the future.

I needed a new front door due to my old one not closing properly due to age and damage my senior dog caused. The salesperson who came was knowledgeable and explained about the features and benefits of buying a new front door and a new screen door as a set. In May, I was told my doors wouldn't be ready till mid August but got they installed at the end of June. The installation went well and my new doors look beautiful and close and lock easily.

Had a prompt meeting with Ian (sales rep ) He was able to explain what they would do in full. Installer showed up for re-measurement and confirmed all was good. Would take about 3 weeks for windows to be manufactured and call to arrange installation. They were on time. Installer showed up and had all 5 windows done in good time Kept his work area clean Left no garbage behind.
