    Two Windows Installed

    The workmanship is great; the gentleman who installed the windows cleaned up well. The Sales reps were friendly and professional. I had 2 windows installed at $1598.95. For a returning customer, I feel this price was too high. The windows should be energy efficient (I was given the choice between regular and energy efficient) but they do not have the energy star high efficiency label, so I am uncertain. Hopefully these windows will hold up to the Company's promise. Winter will tell. I still have more to do, so we'll see.

    Windows and Patio Door Replacement of my home

    Right from the beginning from Sales Rep Jacob to Customer Service's Mary to measurement guy to the Installer Tod and Alex.. every person I dealt with from Royal Seal were skilled, professional, courteous and helpful. My experience has been very good with them especially with the lead Installer Tod as well as his support Alex. I enjoyed dealing with them and would love to order again for further windows and doors replacement in the near future ...

    Patio Door Install

    Install was quick and seamless. Installer was on time and finished at a reasonable time. I got clear instructions about care for the next 7 days while the caulking dried. Already the room appears warm as in the past I use to have a draft at that door leading out from my basement and now I feel nothing so far.

    Good work

    I engaged Loyal Seal to replace one of my windows and the main door. The final work was completed as per my expectation. I recommend them for the window and door replacement work.

    Change of main entrance door, patio door and 3 windows

    I am very pleased with the final product which included the main entrance door, at the house, a patio door and 3 windows The installation service was exceptional. The installer was very knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient. Job well done!!

    Window replacement

    The installer was meticulous, was prompt and the team was very respectful of my space. They identified that the previous windows were improperly installed which resulted in the rotten sills.

    Front Doors Installation

    I had a great experience with this company. They took their time in helping me go over the exact product that I wanted. The pricing was fair for the quality and service delivered. The installer was very friendly and the job was done very professionally.     Windows replacement

    Loyal seal windows and doors has provided a great service installing high quality vinyl windows and front entry door. I got lucky to meet the manager of the company, Mr. Sultan, who was very helpful and patient. The installation crew was professional. I would love to recommend this company to everybody. Fair price, good quality, excellent service!

    patio door

    Woody the window guy, very good professional did a very good job installing the patio door, 100 % satisfied. I extremely recommend him and Loyal Seal Window Company as well.

    Window replacement and New Aluminium slidings

    We got new windows installed and the outside sidings changed by Loyal Seal and have had issues with the windows and one of the sidings has almost come off. I have been trying to get intouch with them on the Tel no. provided but agents keep taking my message, ask me to send pictures and say someone will contact me and eventually noone calls me back. Really unhappy with the experience. :(

Under state of emergency in Ontario, we are using answering service to pick up messages that can be addressed when we fully reopen. According to the warranty terms, acts of God (such as strong gusts of winds that you described in the email) unfortunately are not covered for repair. The installation occurred in 2017. Kindly contact your insurance provider for these damages to be covered.
