My wife and I decided to put a pool in last summer. We had a few different companies come in and provide us with quotes, but in the end, it turned out to be an easy choice. Dennis from Durham Fibreglass Pools proved to be the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and was able to answer all of our questions. We even visited some pools that they had previously installed, where we met some very happy pool owners. (we got really positive feedback on Dennis and his team.) Pool Install: Mark and his crew ensured every inch of our pool was installed to perfection. A great bunch of guys. The great thing about Durham Fibreglass Pools is that their pools have no liner, which is great if you have a dog (scratch resistant). They also install salt water systems which is beneficial in comparison to chlorine. We had an outdoor gas fireplace installed by them as well and we're super happy with it! Overall, we had a really great experience having our pool installed by this company, and everyone did a great job. Very much looking forward to having them back for our pool opening!!!! Thanks Dennis, Mark and crew for doing such an excellent job on our pool project. Will definitely be recommending you guys to others. P.S Not only do they install pools, but they do excellent landscaping as well. If you're interested in getting a pool, make sure you call these guys.

Rather than fighting traffic to a cottage, we decided to put in a pool. A great decision! The other was choosing Durham Fibreglass Pools for the job. Why? We trusted them & we liked them! A pool is a big financial commitment. Upon signing the contract, Dennis said "we're not going away". In other words they are there to make sure the job is done right & in a timely manner. They kept their word & we would highly recommend them for pool installation, as well as seasonal maintenance. We would also recommend a safety cover. They provide extra safety & they look great!

I was impressed with Durham Pools from the moment we met Dennis Gunter. Dennis walked us through pools and the entire process from the beginning to the end. It is immediately obvious that Dennis is extremely knowledgeable on pools and spas. He was factual and presented the truth and as a result gained our trust early on in our purchase. The team started the pool installation on time. However, my wife and I ended up changing our minds on the pool we ordered. The digging crew outlined the original pool with spray paint and upon seeing the actual layout, we felt the pool was too small. One call to Dennis and he recommended several options for larger pools. The day before they were to deliver the pool, we changed the size and ended up with a larger pool for our backyard. The installation of the pool continued and there were a couple of hiccups along the way as can be expected in any construction project. The key differentiator with our experience is that Durham Pools came through on everything and truly delivered on all their promises to us. Between Mark and Dennis, they were present every step of the way and ensured we were always happy with the results. Our pool was completed in June 2012 and we had the best summer this past year enjoying our new pool. We will always recommend Durham Pools and will continue to use their services for years to come. Dennis and Mark did a fabulous job installing our pool and hot tub in 2010/2011. Dennis was very helpful and his experience was invaluable in selecting the right equipment and pool shape for our yard. Mark and his crew were excellent! Made sure we were happy with the whole project! Our backyard has become our oasis now and neighbours and friends cannot believe how amazing it all turned out! Thank you again Dennis and Mark!!! :)

Dennis, Mark and the rest of the team were great to work with. The 3 most important things for us were 1) on time, 2) on budget and 3) quality of work -- and we weren't disappointed. It's been 3 years and the pool and landscaping still get 'wow's' from everyone who visits... and we continue to have them back to open and close the pool each year.

I purchased a fibreglass pool from Durham Fibreglass Pools in February 2005. The pool was installed in August of 2005 with the landscaping work completed in spring of 2006. Each season I have Durham Fibreglass Pools back to open & close my pool! My family have been enjoying the pool for the past 3 years and we could not be happier! Durham Fiberglass Pools are a very honest company when it came to price range and and pool installation. They were very courteous, effecient and experienced. They payed attention to all the details and were very knowledgeable about their product and they were very helpful with the before and after care. We were extremely pleased with this company and their work ethics.
