I own a property that my daughter and son-in-law live in. Over the winter '12-'13, we became acutely aware that the original double-pane living room window was leaking between panes and the old wood was a mess. So my son-in-law, John, and I spent a Saturday morning going from place to place that we'd found in the Yellow Pages. Prices varied, sales persons varied HUGELY, and as soon as we walked into Sunrise on April 29, we KNEW we "were home". Everyone greeted us, the first set of windows we saw were EXACTLY what we wanted. In no time, a lovely lady took us into her office to discuss it, to give us an estimated price, and to arrange for someone to come to the house to measure which was done within hours. As we were ready to leave, she asked us if we would like to tour the whole facility.........WOW!! that was new and different!! When she walked us into the immaculate warehouse/work stations area, we were impressed beyond imagination. Then she walked us around, explaining what goes on at each station. Sunrise is like no other business I've ever dealt with in my 70 years. And here we are today, June 28, and at minutes to 8 a.m. this morning, 3 very decent, friendly, mannerly young men arrived and got to work. They were meticulous as they took out the old window which didn't take more than a half hour. Then they fit in this outstanding new window set. They replaced the siding trim on the outside, caulked all around, they filled all the inside edges with insulation, then they filled it up with spray foam, then put on some lovely new woodwork all around the window. AND ALL THIS BY 10 a.m.!!! One fellow showed me how things worked, asked if I had any questions, then thanked me for my business!! They even vacuumed everything up......we had nothing to do! I'm sitting here shaking my head in disbelief at this 15 Star company!!!!! Excellent work, excellent people..............THANK YOU JUST DOESN'T SEEM ENOUGH!!!!! In future, when old doors need replacing, there is ONLY ONE COMPANY I'LL DEAL WITH!!!!

I decided my house was in need of new doors and windows. Sunrise Windows and Doors was able to accommodate all my requests and still stay within my budget. I was surprised when Ray called to say installation would be done sooner than I expected. The installers were very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained all the steps they took and answered all of my questions. The job took two days as I had six large windows and two doors. After each day was done, the installers cleaned up and at the end of the job they went through the whole house window by window making sure I was satisfied. I decided it was time to getting some new windows & a front door. A friend recommended Sunrise, I attended one of their education seminars and found their knowledge was great, they answered all my questions. They did a great job from the education to the installation. I got this great blue door installed, and everyone in the neighbourhood can't believe how beautiful it is. Many of my neighbours have since had Sunrise out to their homes and three have already purchased from them with the same result as I had. I would recommend Sunrise with no reservations at all.

Shoddy install done in minus 30 weather. When called back re: warranty issue they said any call back would cost $250! Final inspection was from truck on road! NOT impressed!

We had our windows installed November 2012 which was two months earlier than expected. Ray was fantastic. The installation crew Mike and Miles we wonderful and kept the mess to a minimum. We love our new windows!! We will recommend your company to our friends and family. Jim & Jacquie Esch

After looking around for quotes, Kyle was one of the few companies that was able to show he knew what he was talking about, I judge this by the fact that he knew a lot more than I could understand despite weeks of online googling. He was also one of the few people that called me back when I left a message. Lastly, his company was good at relaying information and passing messages to him when I could not reach him directly. The quote was on the lower side of the spectrum, and they were not shying away from doing a small job, unlike some places that focus on huge restorations and projects. They stuck to their quote, were a week ahead of schedule for delivery and installed in under 3 hours remove & re-install. They addressed all of my questions, genuinely listened when I was concerned about some leakage last summer near the floor, they sealed and framed the window nicely and then went back and sealed it a little bit more. It looks great, they were clean and careful of my brand new laminate flooring, vacuumed when done and were nice enough to leave their boots at the door when entering my house. All in all, it was a very professional job from the worst part, getting estimates over the phone/in person, to the best part, delivering my new window. I would deal with them in a second if I needed a new window again.

I just had my upstairs windows replaced by Sunrise Windows & Door Depot. I was very happy with the installation, the workman were very pleasant & professional. They also explained how the windows would be installed and went over everything at the end in case I had any questions or concerns. Windows were installed during a cold winters day and I barely noticed the temperature change, that is how quick the windows were removed and installed. I am especially happy with my new Triple pained crank window which keeps out 90% of the noise coming from 50 St. I will definitely be calling them when I am ready to do my downstairs windows.

We are truly thankful for everything (the product and the service from you and all of your team and most of all the gift of a lifetime) and would happily recommend Sunrise to anyone in the market for windows and doors. I did receieve a call from a potential customer some time ago and gave her our address to drive by and look for herself. I hope it turned into another satisfied customer. We have a 50 year old bungalow and deperately needed new windows and doors. We received 5 quotes from different companies and ended up choosing Sunrise Windows even though they were not the cheapest. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and the installers were very professional and curteous. Would use again.
