Sunrise was at home show spring 2019. Hired Sunrise replace and install our front door and side lights. New look went from two to one door with side side lights. While installation our new door, installers damaged the interior wall. The trim on the new window in noticeable smaller. You see the caulking all the way around the window on the interior wall new trim considerably smaller, Installer left my alarm disconnected and doesn't work. We have texted and called our sales man Carlos and the owner of Sunrise to this day no reply. Will never use this company ever again!

Terrible customer service and install. Significantly missed target delivery date. Poor customer relationship when I called to find out about delivery ... was told to "read the contract". Poor install ... had to come back to finish but 3weeks later. Today I got 3calls from Sunrise ... 2 from Harland and 1 from their accountant asking for payment. They tried to use a visa# I gave 5mths ago when we initially ordered the windows. Neither seems to be able to find the visa# we wrote down on the installer form 4days ago. Now I am concerned about the process Sunrise has in taking care of private/confidential information such as visa #'s. Stay clear of this company ... poor customer relationship/install!

Ordered my clients window. Requested an update later; left SEVERAL messages with no response! My client is getting upset with me due to no action! This is effecting my company’s reputation!! STILL NOTHING & TOLD NO MONEY BACK!!!!

We had our kitchen windows replaced this summer and our front door this fall. Our windows are wonderful! Our front door is absolutely beautiful, everyone that rings the door bell tells us how amazing it looks. We are thrilled with the results of both jobs, installs went smoothly and staff at Sunrise Windows and Doors have been great to work with. Thank you

So this company who played the game well were indeed nothing but the worse service possible as many of the reviews indicated. Door delivered with wrong glass, does not close properly, no key for the lockset they supplied, wrong color for stain and installed a window with a crack in the glass. Have installation videos via my high end security system and it should be a training film of how not to ever install a window and door. Harlan outright been dishonest in writing to me about a manufacture no longer able to supply the correct glass (confirmed with the manufacture and 2 other door suppliers who use the same supplier as complete BS). Worst service, product delivery and installation in my 40 years in the construction business. They used my ladder and makeshift crap to try to install as they were not prepared during installation. Damage, poor stain, scratches marks. Got to see it to believe it. Not sure how they sleep at night. Have dozens of pictures and videos to show and will let anyone see my contract and what was actually supplied. Oh but wait they SHUT DOWN THEIR business this week. Boy, does not take much thought why that happened. Poor customers who do not know yet that there money is likely gone. Good riddance and feel for any companies that hire anyone from the Sunrise team that was involved with my project.

We recently replaced 5 windows in our home, we were very happy with the product and the service. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were very professional, on time and helpful. We got quotes from several companies and their pricing was the best. They answered all our questions on the type and quality of windows that would work best for our home. We have a roll shutter on one of the windows that we replaced and they attached a special finishing to make it easy for use to replace the roll shutter. We will be replacing several windows on the other side of our house in the future and will be purchasing from this company.

Once windows were order and paid for customer service went downhill. When we called to check on status of our order we were told very rudely not to call they would call when the windows were ready - they called 3 days later. When we went to pick up the windows we were asked to come back later as their staff was about to go for lunch. Staff did not even help load the windows,

Great prices and quality product! Very thorough and professional. Installation went off without a hitch! Very happy with our new doors and windows! They did an amazing job. Would highly recommend

I had the people from Sunrise Windows come out and give me an estimate for new windows. The salesman was Not Pushy and did not talk me into anything. (if he had I would have asked him to leave.) I compared them to 3 other Edmonton companies and they offered me the best windows for the best price. Their price was so competitive that I was concerned about using them. I called 5 of their references and researched them on the internet. I decided to give them a shot at it. I could not have been more pleased. They sold me ans installed 10 windows in my home. The installers were so thorough and clean and I was so pleased that I bought 7 more windows for the other side of my home. I will be calling them back when I am ready to complete the project. I can strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for superb quality, service and value.

Our overall experience with Sunrise Windows and and Door Depot was amazing! We replaced  all our windows in our home. Work was done accurately and quickly by a very professional team.  Ray Proskow visited our home a couple of times ensuring that the measurements were perfectly correct. He is certainly a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. He invited us to see our windows being created and prepped for our home. I have never even heard of another company doing that!!  The installation team was neat, removed all the garbage from the site, and kept to the promised timeline. We would HIGHLY recommend this amazing company!!
