I did quite alot of shopping around prior to finally making a decision on building with Mason Martin Homes since they focus on High-End Energy Effecient Green Homes. This impressed me. They were great in helping me plan my very custom built home with their in-house Architecural Designer. They gave me exactly what I wanted and needed and I just couldn't be happier witht the results. Everyone who visits my home are impressed with the quality of workmanship that is evident throughout the home. The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly adn tehy really made me feel important and listened to. I find my new home so well insulated that I can't hear anything outside when all the windows are closed Also, here is very little dust because of my HRV air filtration system. I have never had better sleeps. I had a few minor issues that is to be expected but they were very quick in addressing them with no problems or hassles at all. They are true professionals.

The staff was very helpful in aswerting all of my questions and concernes. I felt comfortable from day 1 and LOVE LOVE LOVE my home!!! I can't thanks them enough. My evergy bills are so much lower than my old home because of all of the built green features that are hard to come by with other builders. They really take pride and it shows. If I have the rare issue it is addressed right way with no questions. I would recommend Mason Martin to anyone wanting a good quality and beautiful home.

Buyer Beware.. If you have a warranty issue with Mason Martin you may be waiting a long time for them to fix it if at all! We have had a warranty issue with the concrete that was documented on both the 6month and 1year warranty walk through that are to this day still unresolved. I have asked numerous times to have this fixed and was always given the standard we'll get on it response. They won't return my phone calls any longer and even a visit to their office in Red Deer was unproductive. I will not even consider using this builder again and just recently bought a home from another builder in central Alberta.
