I have worked with Mason Martin for many years. Their cutting edge designs, paired with quality craftsmanship & excellent customer service sets them apart as a great builder in Central Alberta!

Built a Home with them in 2016, was a great build. Always answer my questions in a timely manner even years later. Defiantly would recommend to anyone looking to build a new home.

Mason Martin built both our income property home and our new home. They have provided exceptional service since possession, working quickly to resolve any issues that have come up. We would highly recommend them to anyone building a new home!

Never build with Mason Martin homes, worst experience ever. Got extremely screwed over, no warranty work being done, just being ignored as a customer. Unethical and unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say.

Mason martin homes talks about integrity and treating clients right a lot. I'm sick of hearing the bull. They don't stand by their product, they don't commit to fixing problems and when you bring a problem to them they treat you very badly like you are being punished. I would never recommend them. They will do anything to avoid dealing with a problem. We have water coming through our ceiling they forgot to install plugs and switches that we paid for and we have drywall issues through the house. You don't want this to be happening to your new home and have no one to turn to. What is your response to our review mason martin homes? You have one for the people that praise you so why not for anyone with a problem?

Love the house but follow up care was extremely poor. They do not respond to emails or return phone calls. Recently found out that they forgot to get a permit signed off on the house. House was built 7 years ago. I only found out due to a caveat from the City. No response from Mason Martin on that. Inspector came and said it could be signed off and to contact Mason Martin. Its only been a few months and no response as of yet.

We have built 2 homes through Mason Martin and have been, overall, impressed with their company. Our biggest complaint after both builds was the lack of follow-up care once we took possession of the homes. Everything is left to the responsibility of the home owner.

Title - Another Happy Client! I decided to use Mason Martin Homes after a friend recommended them. I was so confused by all of the options there were for builders in Red Deer. I decided to trust my friend's recommendation since her home turned out so nice. I am so glad that I did! I found that I got excatly what I wanted in the end. The designer and staff all worked with me me so that I would get what I want while still staying within my budget. This process took some time but they wanted to make sure that I was happy before starting construction so they were willing to take the time. they didn't dismiss any of my concerns no matter how minor. I felt taken care of. I had talked to tohers who have built with otehr builders and I have heard that this is not common. Most other builders just want to sell you 'redo' house plan that had already been done many times before. None of them were quite was I was looking for. I wanted a customized home that was designed for me and my lifestyle specifically and at a fair price. I just couldn't be happier. Thanks Mason Martin Homes. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a new custom home. It was a fantastic experience!

For more than 6 months we'd scrutiized almost every new home builder in Red Deer. After a chance meeting with Mason Martin Homes' General Manager Scott at their Red Deer showhome, Scott had taken us throughout the house and with obvious pride showed us all of the Built Green features which they incorporate into their new builds. We knew once we left the showhome that MMH was going to build our house for us. We met with MMH's architectural designer Andrew with the showhome layout in mind and after several meetings/emails/phone calls he put together a design which reflects our tastes 100%. Fast forward through the fun stuff (picking paint, flooring, trim, lighting etc) and we're in a house which we are extemely happy with and proud to call ours. Everyone who has walked through our house is impressed - many of whom have told us afterwards that they were surprised to be SO impressed. I am in the construction industry myself and felt comfortable in asking for access to the house whenever I wanted to have a look - this was not an issue at all. After taking all of the many steps into consideration I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mason Martin Homes. As impressive as anything was the fact that any and all of the employees were accessible and we had quick answers to our questions.

I purchased a town home in Vintage Park of Vanier Woods in Red Deer. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated being able to purchase from such a quality reputable builder at this price. Normally, you would never get a garage and that much space in the South end of town. Great value in these town homes! They are just beautiful!!!I had wanted to purchase from Mason Martin Homes because I have friends who recommended them because of the service and quality but didn't think I would be able to afford it. I also have a friend who works there and loves working there because they really care about their product and reputation. There were a few very minor things that needed attention in my home and they took care of it no problem and quickly. My next home will be a single detached home and I will for sure build with Mason Martin Homes. I really appreciate the attention from management. I received a phone call from Scott the general manager to make sure that I was happy. I was impressed by that since good customer service is so rare these days. They really strive to earn your business. Great company!!!
