Furnace working again

Relatively new furnace had some issues (I believe it was a sensor for the combustion air), they came out and did some poor troubleshooting the first time that didn't fix the situation. On there follow up visit, they didn;t even look into the issue and called me as I getting on a plane telling me it was the heat exchanger and condemned the furnace. I asked for photos of the heat exchanger and did not receive them. It was going in to winter and needed to get heat back on the house for my tenant. They had me stuck and locked the gas valve on my tenant. I will never use these guys again

Purchased a new furnace last year and the installation went very well. Good communication with the salesman, great experience with the technician, very quick and easy process. My old furnace was removed within 20-30 minutes of arrival and the entire installation was done in an afternoon. A few months later, we had the water heater replaced and the experience was very much the same. It's been about a little over a year and I'm reviewing the experience, company and products; the membership is probably worth it if you have pets but I probably not needed if your HVAC system is kept clean without pet hair and if you change your furnace filter often. Other than that, I recommend them as they are quite efficient and honest in my experience. So far so good... A+

Furnace check of an ICG furnace original installed in 1982. Clean out of all the duct work after the developement of an unfinished basement. Clean out of the exhaust pipe of the electric dryer.

Didnt realize it takes 3 hours, but that means they pay attention to detail. Technician was very thorough and detailed in his work. He cleaned up after himself. Professional level service and very friendly.

Our furnace stopped working. Within 24 hours a technician from Action came and repaired the furnace. He was polite and caring. He fixed the problem, and now the furnace is working better than ever. He also tried to find ways to reduce the cost of repair. We were very impressed with the service, but not the furnace.
