    Consistent and good customer service

    I've used this company at least twice. Had vent cleaning and now for just a service checkup on my furnace, hot water tank and AC system. Both times service booking was quick, convenient and service was good, no issues. Can't comment on price comparisons, but certainly wasn't outrageous considering the time put in to check everything thoroughly.

    Water tank

    Satisfied with the service and area left in good condition. Review undertaken and happy with results. Would recommend this crew to others. Cost was appropiate and water tank replacement used is known brand

    Furnace Servicing

    Cary w/ Action Furnace did a fantastic job, was prompt and fixed our issue quickly. Originally purchased our furnace through them and will definitely be calling them again for any issues.

    Install New Furnace

    The installer was efficient, knowledgeable a quiet, steady worker and very pleasant. I could not have asked for a better man to do the work. He explained to me all I should know about the new furnace, and gave me instructions on using it. He showed me the warrantee etc and the paper work that goes with it, then emailed the lot to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this young fellow to work in anyone’s home. Thank you

    Precision Furnace Tune-Up at 8523 - 136 ave Edmonton

    Am completely satisfy with the work done. Technician Steve was friendly and informative. He put in an extra effort to complete the work order. I would recommend your company to anyone. Jack

    Furnace General Maintenance and Duct Cleaminh

    I had my furnace installed a while back and decided to sign up for the yearly service and duct cleaning. I was very happy with the over all experience. Very kind and respectful! Did a complete check up on the furnace, replaced a gasket under my warranty that I didn’t even know had a little problem. He tested and made sure the furnace was running at the correct speed to give the best level of heating in our home. He reviewed our humidifier and we adjusted the humidity slightly. All ducts and cold air intakes where found and cleaned! Boy that was nice to have done the air should circulate much more efficiently now. He reviewed my bill and made sure I was completely happy! Best company and service ever! Thank you! he took his time and didn’t rush the service, making sure it was completely done. Thank you so much for caring about my home and how you feel about your job!

    Great service

    Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix a broken sensor rather than having to replace it, saving me a bunch of money. I had booked for a duct cleaning as well, but he wasn't able to complete it since the giant vacuum wouldn't fit down our stairs, but was able to book me in for the next business day to have the job completed with a different machine. Thanks very much for your excellent service.

    Furnace tuneup and duct cleaning.

    The service provided was thorough and professional. Brandon was very pleasant and explained his work and enthusiastically answered all questions. I would highly recommend Action furnace's service and duct cleaning.

    Great service

    Luke arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and provided clear explanations. I feel confident that my furnace was serviced as required and do not expect any issues. Just in time!
