    Furnace not working

    I woke up to a cold house as my furnace wasn’t working for 2 hours. Matt was here within 20 minutes. He replaced my thermostat and got the heat going right away. I really appreciate how quickly he got here. Matt was informative, helpful and very friendly. The woman who took my call was very helpful also!! Thanks!!

    Furnace

    Great service, good tips on what to do next and for the future and very friendly. I would recommend action furnace to anyone who asked me about needing their furnace worked on.

    Service of heating tune-up and duct cleaning, replacement of worn parts

    The Tech came very punctual as scheduled even the weather is -30. He is knowledgeable of his job, he gives good recommendation/ suggestion to keep your heating eqpt runs more efficient. He is a nice person.

    Homeowner

    Action furnace sent a technician out at 11:00 pm on a -22 degree Sayurday night to repair our furnace which had failed. We were very happy to have them provide that service for us.

    Furnace repair

    I had no heat after self installed a new thermostat. Called Action Furnace! Cameron was great! Turns out it wasn’t my install but I had not serviced my furnace in 5 years! Cameron explained, showed me everything within the furnace, and had me up and running quickly. And as an added bonus-I had purchased my furnace from Action Furnace 7 years ago so I had warranty! My $1200.00 bill reduced to $250!! Thank you Actin Furnace and a huge thank you to Cameron!!!

    Duct cleaning and furnace inspection

    Rick called to advise time frame for arrival and was right on time. He was very nice and respectful. He was aware of the cat and helped to ensure the cat was secure before opening the outside door. Cleaned up after himself and explained what he had done. He can come to work at our house anytime and with luck I will have more cookies for him.

    New Furnace & AC

    We contacted Action furnace to get a quote to replace a old furnace and to add AC to our home. Our advisor was Greg and he was awesome! Super friendly, took time to explain all the options and made sure we were getting the correct until for all our needs. When our installers showed up they were great. Jimmy made sure everything went smooth and fast and kept me in the loop of how things were going. He also went through everything that was done at the end and left my basement spotless. Thanks Action Furnace !!

    Surprise!

    They surprised me. The Draft Inducing motor, about $1000 replacement, was covered by warranty! The technician, Cam, was accommodating, competent and pleasant to talk with. He provided me with maintenance tips at the end. Great person!

    Furnace and Duct Cleaning

    In doing a safety inspection, which they include free of charge, with furnace and duct cleaning , Action Furnace found the heat exchanger was starting to have cracks, which is a concern in terms of carbon monoxide. Thankfully, they have brought this to my attention and I am very grateful. The technician was very courteous and efficient and provided me with photos of this critical area that needs addressing sooner than later. Thank you!

    Furnace not heating

    I was away on a holiday when my next door neighbor, (who was looking after my house), phoned me to tell me that my furnace was not working. He tried various simple fixes, but the furnace was dead. It was freezing outside, so he ran the stove, as well as a small portable heater to keep the house from damage, until he could call a technician in the morning. The technician, Brandy, arrived the next afternoon and diagnosed the problem as a plugged condensate reservoir. She scraped the deposits out of the drain container and re-installed it, all for the cost of a diagnosis! This was a very good outcome for me. Having someone come into my home while I am thousands of miles away, to professionally make a trustworthy and inexpensive repair was a great relief! Thanks, Brandy! Bob McPherson, Edmonton.
