Excellent work on all aspects of the job. On time and work completed on time.

I paid monthly payment but my concern I paid for filter 82 dollar My question is it not included?

Everything was explained very clearly and went beyond the A/C maintenance. The tech also checked the furnace and the hot water tank, the latter showing a small glass leak at a pipe union. I paid for the gas leak fix, but there were no other costs because I have a membership. Highly recommended! They have several memberships to choose from.

Kurtis was so professional, friendly and efficient and gave me a lot of information about my system and how to make sure it stays efficient and ensure its longevity and the comfort of our home. He was so personable, enjoyable to have around and thorough. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Installed 2 new furnaces, on 2 different visits. Easy to book for quote and install, arrived on time, nice technicians. All work completed before they left. Furnaces have worked well, one is now a year old. Gas permit inspectors laughed, said they really didn't even need to come out for final inspection, as Action Furnace always does good work without any problems or deficiencies. That's high praise from people who are required to be "picky"!

Action furnace offered a free furnace check. I scheduled the appointment with them and they came on time ready to do the inspection and maintenance for free. The gentleman said that they also do duct cleaning and he could accommodate me at the same time. He was very knowledgable, professional and helpful. I would recommend him without hesitation!
