Both service techs were quick and professional. Patient with both my cat and dog when they had to be rounded up and moved rooms. Great vibe.

Dylan arrived at my house promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over the job in great details and provided insight into his process. He even talked to me about a monthly membership. Dylan was a great guy!!

We hired them to clean our furnace at our rental property and I cannot say enough positive things about the service. From the initial booking to the actual service provided by Austin the technician who arrived to do the work.

A/C was running without fan although thermostat was set to heat. Nicholas diagnosed problem with incompatible thermostat that should have been discovered when A/C was installed. He replaced the thermostat and tuned up furnace and humidifier. Nicholas was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

We have been with Action Furnace for many years ,with the comfort of knowing they are there whenever we need them. Well this past week was one of those times. We had issues with our furnace not heating properly right after 4 days of extreme cold temperatures outside. The technician, Trent , came and checked everything, repaired the issues and explained everything what was going on. We wanted our ducts cleaned also, so he set up an appointment and we had another member of their team Noah, come by. Noah did a great job also explaining everything . Both Trent and Noah were very polite, informative and respectful . Thank you !

Our 16 year old furnace failed on a very cold day! Action Furnace promptly came out and diagnosed the issue and gave us good information and reasonable options. The very next day, they installed a new furnace and hot-water tank! Every person we dealt with at Action Furnace, through this process, was prompt and polite and kept us informed. The techs, Jacob and Nick, were very good at their craft! We are so pleased with the quality of their work! They took extra care during the cleanup, which we very much appreciated!

I am on an annual contract. Noah was absolutely wonderful. He took time to explain everything to me. I am 80 years old and he so kindly even shoveled my front walk. I would highly recommend Action Furnace to anyone. Noah I would give a 10 Star.

Brodie was fantastic. Our furnace went out at the beginning of the cold snap and Brodie ensured that we had heat so we could have showers to go to work. Enjoyed the discount and prompt service by being a club member. Thank you.
