Verdun's insallers came on time, were very friendly, knowledgeable, took their time and did it right! We love our new basement windows and the price was very competitive. I asked quotations from three different companies to replace windows in our house and add vinyl sidings. The most reasonable quote with full itemized cost and warranty details was given by ‘Verdun Windows and Door’; they do sidings as well but do not mention it on their trucks at this time! Their attention to details in quotes, measurements verification and starting on scheduled dates etc was like a clock work. All employees interactions were congenial. Quality of work was very appreciable. The team of tradesmen (Andre N/Gabriel S) was hardworking and meticulous in their work and listened to our feedbacks and concerns if any. There were no signs of shortcuts or rushing the job. In all it appeared that Verdun wants to keep its customers satisfied and plans to stay in the business for the long haul. WE were very satisfied and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and the friendly ones.

Installers Sylvan and Kevin : arrived on time , they were both very professional. They explained what they would be doing , they were accurate in the estimate they gave for job duration . They had all proper tools needed for the job, they cleaned up all the work mess. They took the old windows which saved us the headache of having to get to the dump. Windows look great and the contractor was very kind and considerate of the young children in the house while he was working.

We were very happy with the windows workers were very polite answered all our questions that we asked them cleaned their mess up. T he only thing that we were not happy with was the wooden trim inside rooms were left with nail holes around the trim. We had to refill the holes with wood filler. Then repainted the wooden frames ourselves.

Ghislain's work was done in a very professional manner. He is neat, calm, meticulous and has a great personality. We are very pleased with the product and glad that we chose Verdun

It went very well, the guys were nice and bilingual and knowledgeable. They let me add insulation and adjusted their schedules to me.

Very efficient, they even brought blankets to walk around not to dirty the floors, very nice work! Even the sales person came fully equiped during the appointement and was able to give us a quote on the spot. Thank you :)
