Fast and friendly installation-were available earlier than scheduled so they called to see if they could come early. Excellent job cleaning upend being careful around furniture, floors and walls. The finished product looks great! Will call them for next window or door project.

Stay away from this company. I contacted a local company through their website earlier this year to purchase additional windows from them as they had done an excellent job work for us in 2016. The website I visited was exactly the same as it was the previous year so imagine my surprise when their salesman (Jim somebody) showed up in a blue Verdun van? In speaking with him asked what he was doing here as I wasn't expecting Verdun, he told me that the company I had bought from previously was purchased by Verdun but not too worry because the previous company used to buy windows from Verdun and everything would be of equal quality. I should have ended thing right there but didn't and ended up purchasing a couple of windows on the spot :( Turns out what he said was baloney! Windows installed were smaller than the ones they took out by about 5 inches. Installers tried to hide this by using wider trim in the house. When I called to complain after getting home from work I was referred to the salesman that said that was the size I ordered Hunh? I didn't order anything ....you the salesman measured the old windows? I told you I wanted the exact same size! Basically told too bad you signed the contract and the work is done. Great....hows that for service? To make mater worse the windows aren't even close to what I purchased previously. I ordered White and the ones I got are blueish white and they appear to be REALLY cheap as the hardware is plastic(ones I bought last year from the other company have metal) and the frames seem to be real flimsy. Already ready having trouble moving thigs up and down as a spring is jammed. Bottom line ... do yourself a favour and shop around. Lots of better products at comparable prices. Stay away from Verdun. Once they get your money they don't care

Our salesman Michel Mallette was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products we wanted to purchase. He followed up after his first visit and came back a second time to make sure the measurements were correct before ordering my patio door and new windows. I would highly recommend him, his service was outstanding.

Did a very good job, cleaned up after they were finished. Would never know they were here. Very friendly workers. Would recommend to anybody. Front entry door and windows very good quality.
