The installation workers were very professional, polite, well coordinated together, clean, stressless and did a great job on removal of the old door and intpstalling our new door. Product is superb in every way and well worth the time and cost. Our experience during the quotation period was very good, informative, honest and forthcoming. Never once did we feel uncomfortable in speaking with him and he was very knowledgeable given he had performed installations too, an added bonus. The product is superior in quality from any shop we had visited and can't be compared to the big box store brands because it's leagues beyond. It opens and closes with very little effort, seals well, does not transfer heat/cold from outside and no drafts-period. The use of sprayfoam aids 100% in keeping drafts from occurring and the trim installation was near flawless. The caulking job was also superior in that you can't even notice where it was installed inside and outside it is very well done in one bead and without globs. Wonderful! We recommend Verdun to anyone who wants to improve the look of their house with quality high-end products, wonderful service and honest sales. Issues: temporary I'm sure. The morning after installation it was -27C and we found slight frost where the deadbold inserts into e frame. Easily fixed but needed to point this out. On a scale of 1 to 10 we still give Verdun a 10 for all aspects of their business. Warranty wise Verdun have the only no bull warranty we could find anywhere which goes a very long way with making the decision of which company to hire. Thank you and looking forward to replacing our windows and patio door with Verdun as well.

I am completely satisfied with the service received from Verdun. From the estimate all the way to completing the job the guys were extremely professional, everything was done in one day and I would recommend them to anyone.

This year we decided to replace 16 windows (including 2 Bay windows) and 2 doors (main entrance with side light and back patio). We had looked at 4 different companies, and in the end we decided to go with Verdun because of their competitive pricing, 20 year unconditional warranty and positive reviews. -The sales process was comparable to their competition. - The order and manufacturing process requires improvement; not all materials were available on installation day and the wrong patio door was installed. - The installation teams were very competent and clean. - The installation process too way too long; initial installation (2 days) was completed on July 9th and the final installation (after 3 follow-up visits) was completed on October 10th. - The after installation quality assurance/control was non-existant - The customer service team was outstanding; Alec Bigras and Genevieve Allard took care of us to ensure our total satisfaction with our new windows and doors (thank you Alec and Genevieve). Our new windows and doors look great. Now that it's all completed, we are happy with our selection.

Great service , product and warranty. Delivered on time by an extremely capable crew who went "the extra mile" to make sure all the trim and capping fit properly. The job looks great !

Both David and Colin kept us informed of our options and timeframe of delivery of the product. He took the time to describe all details and his willingness to workout a fair mutually agreed price.
